It is not recommended for theft: we were in the lodging 5 days, we were 5 people, to be 9 days in New York, really at the beginning everything was fine, spacious apartment, with rooms, equipped in the kitchen, wifi, among several other basic amenities; however, until day 5 that we suffered a robbery in the apartment, we were entered through a window that faces the street that was bad and that they had not fixed, I did not have insurance, we talked to the police and it was determined that the window is broken down and being a neighborhood of not so good reputation nothing was done about it, we have to leave this place for security and not suffer another theft of our belongings, the manager is spoken to the manager, they refund the money of the days that we are not going to be in the apartment, but there was no compensation of the stolen objects that add up to around 700 USD. The strange thing is that there was no theft of anything from the apartment, only of our belongings, with some AirPods we tracked and with the police it is notified that they are people from this same building leaving us with more uncertainty, in the same way no procedure could be carried out because there was no certainty of who had made the theft, we stayed the rest of the trip adrift, we had to borrow, we had to buy clothes and shoes again, thanks to this situation the trip was affected, I do not recommend it at all, this is the time and there is no response from those who rent it, I recommend staying in a hotel, you and your belongings are safe.

No se recomienda por robo: estuvimos en el hospedaje 5 días, éramos 5 personas, para estar 9 días en New York, realmente al principio todo estaba bien, apartamento amplio, con habitaciones, dotación en cocina, wifi, entre varias otras comodidades básicas; sin embargo, hasta el día 5 que sufrimos un robo en el apartamento, se nos ingresaron por medio de una ventana que da a la calle que estaba mala y que no habían arreglado, no tenía el seguro, se habló con la policía y se determinó que la ventana está averiada y siendo un barrio no de tan buena reputación no se hizo nada al respecto, nos toca irnos de este lugar por seguridad y no sufrir otro robo de nuestras pertenencias, se le habla al manager, nos devuelven el dinero de los días que no vamos a estar en el apartamento, pero no hubo una compensación de los objetos robados que suman al rededor de 700 USD, lo extraño es que no hubo robo de nada del apartamento, solo de nuestras pertenecías, con unos AirPods rastreamos y con la policía se notifica que son personas de este mismo edificio dejándonos con más incertidumbre, de igual forma no se pudo realizar ningún procedimiento porque no había certeza de quien había hecho el robo, quedamos el resto del viaje a la deriva, nos tocó pedir prestado, nos tocó volver a comprar ropa y zapatos, gracias a esta situación se nos afectó el viaje, para nada lo recomiendo, este es el momento y no hay respuesta por parte de los que lo arriendan, recomiendo hospedarse en un hotel, están seguros tanto ustedes y sus pertenencias.
