The first floor of the home is an open concept space with living room, dining area, and kitchen all connected. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There's room for 6 at the dining table if you choose to take your meals inside! On this main floor you'll also find the full bathroom with oversized shower and beautiful tiled floor. There's even a convenient washer and dryer tucked in there perfect for drying off wet suits after a day at the beach!

The living room has a decorative fireplace and is kitted with a Roku TV, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. The sofa pulls outs to a comfortable queen bed making this a more accessible sleeping area for those who can't climb to the second floor.

Climb up the stairs and you'll find two generous sized bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests. Other things to note
• The stairs to second floor are steep so not suitable for those with mobility issues but there is a pull out sofa and full bathroom on the first floor
• The turn into the driveway is narrow and best suited for compact cars. There is plenty of free street parking for larger vehicles.
