You don’t always book the vacation of your dreams in a palatial, waterfront estate, but when you do, make it this luxurious, 4,000-square-foot home. Your retreat has a boat slip with access to the Gulf of Mexico (Southerland Boat Ramp and boat rentals nearby). You’ll probably spend most of your time at home, but if you venture out, you’re an easy drive to Dunedin and Honeymoon Island for a beach day. Pop Stansell Park is just across the road and features a playground, as well as paddleboard and kayak rentals. For ultimate ease, kayak rentals can be delivered straight to your house. Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is only two miles away, making it the perfect spot for a jog or a bike ride. Innisbrook Golf Resort is four-and-a-half miles away. You're also within walking distance of downtown Palm Harbor's restaurants and bars.
At home, your outdoor space encompasses multiple waterfront decks wrapping the entire length of the home (one of which is completely renovated), a covered lanai for when you’re seeking shade, a huge, sunny patio with inviting chaises, a sparkling pool, pool spa, basketball hoop in the driveway, and a sandy area with a fire pit, perfect for evenings under the stars. For the ultimate view stretching out to Caladesi Island, step up to the widow's walk for a jaw-dropping panorama.
Inside, you'll find the same spectacular waterfront views from every room. Entertainment options are endless - high-speed WiFi, streaming-capable TVs - including a large, projection-screen TV in the game room, an X-Box, a pool table, a Ping-Pong table, and board games if you’re seeking lo-fi fun. The family chef will be thrilled with the chic, fully updated kitchen, which features an enormous standalone island, stainless steel appliances - including two ovens - and a wine fridge. With several dining tables and seating at a separate breakfast bar, there’s plenty of room at mealtime. The living room and the game room offer lots of room to relax, and the game room features a mini-fridge, so you won’t even have to head back to the kitchen for a drink.
Finally, at the end of the night, take your pick from the bedrooms, with most of them featuring direct deck access and several with luxurious, spa-like bathrooms. Guests of the primary suite on the top floor will love the swoon-worthy soaking tub. But before bed, grab a chilled bottle out of that wine fridge and step back out to your pool deck to toast your amazing good luck at booking a vacation you’ll remember forever.
