Looking for a traditional break away by the sea? Then look no further than this well presented Edwardian three bedroom semi-detached house situated on Church Road Walton on the Naze. The property features three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people, modern country style kitchen, living room leading on to the dining room and a lovely courtyard style garden. The house is a very short walk to the beach and Walton Pier and is in close distance to Walton town offering an array of shops and cafes.

Dining Room: dining table with 6 x chairs, armchair, large dresser, tall corner lamp
Kitchen: freestanding double cooker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave,
Utility Room: Washing machine, fridge/freezer, bins
Shower Room: shower, wc, wash basin
Hallway: Dresser, wifi router located there, dog toys, and spare dog leads
First Floor:
Master Bedroom: King Size bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, 2 x chair, chaise longue, double wardrobe, chest of drawers
Bedroom 2: King Size bed, 2 x bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, modern clothes rail with shelves underneath
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables with lamps, small chest of drawers, modern clothes rail with shelves
Bathroom: shower over bath, wc, wash basin
External:-
Parking: On street parking for one car via permit, upon booking registration number of car will need to be provided once booking has been confirmed so a permit can be set up.
Garden: courtyard style garden, partly laid to grass, patio area, outdoor table, 6 x chairs

Bedding & Linen provided, towels provided,
One small to medium size, well behaved dog is welcome.
No dogs allowed on the beds.
No dog is to be left unattended in the house or garden at any time.

Keys will be available for collection from our Boydens Office Frinton from 3pm unless an earlier check in is requested with prior notice. If a later check in is required please contact the office on 01255 851185.

Walton on the Naze is home to an array of shops, cafes, pubs/restaurants and also has a leisure centre with swimming and gym facilities. There is access to the Naze featuring historic landmarks and makes a great day out looking for shark teeth and fossils. The Walton pier has recently undergone refurbishment and offers amusements and attraction rides.
Frinton on Sea, with its wide sandy beach, has remained as uncommercialised as possible and maintained its reputation as a quiet family resort. It boasts an air of reserved gentility and has been rewarded for its outstanding cleanliness with a Blue Flag award.
The beach at Frinton is one of the most popular in Essex. It has a shelving profile which is divided up by a series of timber groynes and the sand at Frinton is perfect for making sandcastles - nice and firm. This also makes it ideal for running around on and beach games, further boosting its credentials as a fine family beach.
Leading to the beach is an extensive promenade, popular since the Victorian era and much of which is lined with colourful, old-fashioned beach huts available to hire. There is also an extensive grassy area, the Greensward, which is an ideal spot for a picnic and close to the main shopping area in Connaught Avenue.

Frinton or Walton station connects to Clacton on Sea, Colchester, Chelmsford and London.
Damage Deposit: £150 to be taken no less than two weeks prior to check in and to be refunded, less the cost of any damage/breakages, within 7 working days upon completion of check out, unless any dilapidations need to be disputed.
