About this house rental
Guild Hall is a beautifully decorated updated period 3 storey 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom grade 2 listed end terrace property, conveniently located in the village with a private parking spot.
The large garden can be accessed via a metal staircase at ground level, or via a walkway over the kitchen roof from the first floor. A light limestone path leads you to a sun deck and covered gas BBQ area offering great sea views, perfect for entertaining and relaxing on those warm long summer evenings. There is a covered Gas BBQ/preparation area with table and chairs - use of gas BBQ is chargeable at £60 per stay - please contact us when booking if you wish to use this during your stay.
The property is accessed up a few steps through the porch, or through the limestone alleyway to the rear.
Dining room: large extendible table, accommodating 8.
Living room: smart TV with surround sound, wi-fi and a landline.
The Kitchen: well appointed with the Island accommodating four.
Lounge/snug: private sitting area for five.
First floor: two double bedrooms, one with ensuite, and main bathroom.
Second floor: double and twin bedroom, third bathroom.
Garden: access from ground floor via a metal staircase, or first floor via walkway over the Kitchen roof.

This house is lovely and plenty of space for a family to spread out. Really good to have parking so centrally. It is minutes from both beaches and we saw the dolphins several times.
Think the price could have included the bbq but we didn't miss it as we ate out mostly or had fabulous fish and chips ftom
