From the pleasant smell that greets you when you enter to the wonderful amenities, clean room, friendly staff and excellent location, this is was a wonderful hotel.

Nice place. Super stylish and convenient to
Ginza yet quiet. Helpful staff. Rooms well designed and well stocked. Short walk from metro and tons of chic shopping.

This is a new, very clean, no frills hotel in Ginza, close to metro line (Ginza). You can walk to the metro in minutes and it’s also within walking distance of the main Ginza shopping and restaurant area.
Rooms are small but that’s common in Tokyo. Beds are comfy and I was able to sleep very well despite the hotel being located on a busy street. There is no gym in the hotel and no room service or laundry service. However, there is a restaurant on site and a coin operated laundry room that you can book a time to use. It also has a Japanese bath in the basement. It does have a market where you can buy snacks and drinks. The bar is more of a speakeasy that you have to pay a cover charge to enter.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if I was on holiday, but not for business. I missed the more traditional aspects that make a business trip easier (room service, pressing service, desk for working etc, gym).

Very clean and new hotel. Excellent location to train lines, but it’s not “in the mix” if that’s what you’re after. We enjoyed being able to go to our hotel for some quieter time each day.

Lovely comfortable stay in a good location, comfortable beds and really spacious rooms compared to others I've stayed in through Japan. Staff very helpful and spoke good English. Would stay here again

My family and I loved our stay! This hotel opened earlier in 2024. We loved the design and furnishing of the hotel. We had a corner room and we liked the light that it brought in. We enjoyed one of the best bathrooms in a hotel with a shower and tub enclosed in a wet bath. My wife and daughter loved the public bath in their basement (please make sure to follow the hotel etiquette). They had a laundry room with machines that dispensed detergent. For both amenities, you can use the tv in your room for occupancy or usage. There’s an in-house restaurant, Ginza Lamp Tei, where we had a dinner and buffet breakfast. Both really great meals for us. It’s also close to a drop off point for the Limousine Bus from Narita, easy walk to combini, close to a subway stop (Higashi Ginza) and in the middle of one of Tokyo’s liveliest neighborhoods. Rooms were kept clean and the reception staff were extremely courteous. Loved our stay. Highly recommended.

convenient location to main shopping street at Ginza, walking distance to subway station. Easy to grab a taxi from the street as well.
Hotel room lighting was good, bright.
I like the amenities provided.
only downside was the noise from the street, cars racing and ambulance/ fire engine/ police car at night.

I enjoyed my stay, the front desk came up at 12am to pick up our trash because we had too much and I had called to ask how we should get rid of it. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean.
They provide pajamas to each person.
They have a restaurant on the first floor but I do not recommend it because the food is not good.
I don’t know about room service because we didn’t need it.
For us, our room was cleaned everyday for 6nights. The maid was friendly as well.
There are convenient stores all around the block.
It’s totally safe to walk around at night.
I love the fact that the air conditioner isn’t blowing at my face when I am trying to sleep peacefully.
In the basement floor there is a laundry room but you have to be very diligent because as soon as the laundry is almost finished someone will be there first to use it.
Also in the basement floor there’s a bathing area for guests. And in front of the entrance there are two vending machines one for drinks one for ice cream.
And this hotel, for its price the location is great!
Don Quixote, cafes, restaurants are very close!
If you look through the buildings on your lefthand side you will see the Tokyo Tower.

This was a nice enough place but it was small even for Japanese standards. We could barely fit us and our stuff in the room. Nice friendly staff.

A newly built and modern hotel in the center of Tokyo, close to Ginza,a lot of department stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A couple of convenience stores are nearby also. The room is relatively spacious and nicely design. However, the toilet seat was stained with yellowish thing and wasn't cleaned before my check-in which was quite disappointing. The hotel is also on the main road so it could be a little bit noisy sometimes if you are sensitive to noise. Otherwise, overall it's a nice hotel. There's a public bathhouse in the basement but I haven't checked out myself cause I rather use the bathtub in my room.

Completely disappointed about the incorrect location at shown in your website. It is leading me to a different location. I couldn’t find the hotel location at night on my arrival. It was horrible. To be honest, given the price when I book it, I would have booked other hotel, if it’s not its “location” that have attracted me. Turned out that’s wrong!!!!

This was a great hotel. The one downside is the lack of a laundry service. They have coin laundry machines, but that's not that useful for business travelers who don't have a ton of spare time to wait 90 minutes for a wash/dry cycle to finish. If there were one improvement I would suggest it would be worthwhile to partner with a laundromat to offer a drop off laundry service.

Located in one of my favourite area, Ginza. I can spend a whole day in this area, not even going to another place. Walkable to shopping & restaurants.

Brand new facility, clean and modern. The staff tried to help with the check in, but the self-check machine seemed to take longer than the actual check in. Other than that, it was all good. Great service and staff!!!

The worst hotel that i have stayed in
Unexpected this is a Japanese hotel
Only advantage is new
But their service is really bad
Bad attitude towards the customers, no smiling face
Poor language skills that cannot understand advanced English
I have been asked for a twins room on that day morning, the staff asked for 15000 yen. I accepted the payment as i think that is an additional charge for any changes on that day. Unexpectedly, the truth was that she had upgraded my room without noticing me, which made me reli angry when i check-in at night. The night staff even felt annoyed when I asked her to change back a normal twins room.
Besides, I didn’t expect an iron room for such a huge hotel. Only two irons are allowed for the whole hotel. I was totally shocked that was happening in Japan. Only one iron room on 3/F for whole hotel. Does it mean I need to line up for ironing my clothes?
To conclude, I totally not recommend this hotel with their bad services and attitudes.

This hotel seems fairly new and is very well maintained.
amenities were given plethora and complimentary bottled water too have been provided plenty for our family of 3 adults! Room space is tight with 2 large twin beds and an extra single bed but, the beds were good sizes that we all rested well. the beds are kind of hard but, it didn’t bother us too much. Public bath is also available on B1 floor. Coin laundry room is available but, there is a competition with other guests in trying to use them since there are only 3 of them.
Reception desk is very helpful in assisting with calling Don Quijote for us to have our inquiries answered with translation in English. I really appreciated. East walking distance to many shopping centers and stores as well! The hotel also provides umbrella rentals in limited numbers on rainy days. Overall, the hotel met our expectations, and we would love to come back here when we revisit Tokyo. Wonderful stay!

I spent my honeymoon at this hotel on its opening day. The hotel thoughtfully wrote a card for us and prepared a welcome gift. The facilities are excellent, and the visual design is a blend of classical and avant-garde. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is delicious, and there is a large public bath. The location is also in the prime area of Ginza. This is truly a hotel worth recommending. I hope we can stay here again on our future trips to Tokyo.

The hotel was open on 31/5, the room and all the facilities are new with style , but the staffs are not training well , they can't answer my questions, such as the airport shuttle location .. There is a snack and drink station on 2/F and surprisingly you can't eat and drink there even though you buy the snack and drink in that station , I found that really inconvenient for the check out guess cause the staff said I can only buy the food and go back to eat in my room !Also for taking bath in the public bath in lower floor ,they didn't mention that you have to bring your room towel and they won't supply any towels in the public bath ,that made me need to go up to my room to take the towel again ,also there's heavy raining on the day I arrived and the hotel didn't have enough umbrellas to borrow for the guests !The hotel location is very good ,hope that they can improve more on training their staffs for solving the guest's problems!
