Much to be Improved but Price and Free Breakfast

-reasonable accommodation price: suitable for solo travelers -easy access to Toyama station and the city central on foot -breakfast free of charge: a decent quality of food -house-style floor: staying in a room without any shoes

They ignored my in-advance request on room assignment. And even the staff was not aware my reservation is a non-smoking room. Blanket and towels were stained. The used towel was found in the first entry of my room.

Very good location, reasonable price, free breakfast and free alcohol in the evening, friendly staff.

Small room, and even smaller bathroom, so you'd better be slim, or else. (^_^)

Very nice for price

Close to station, They upgraded our room, Nice breakfast, Lots of amenities, Has room for luggage, Free coffee :)

Toilet is a little bit small but ok.

Pleasant

An adequate of local breakfast selections are included into the room rate. Not that far from Toyama Station yet may not be that near for many but I am fine as it still a straight road from the station with just 1 right turn to smaller road from the main. And if don't mind walking, many of the main places of interest in Toyama, are still walkable, no doubt not ultra near. It also has an affordable coin-operated laundry (Yen 200) and dryer (Yen 100) with conplimentary coffee and tea served throughout the day at the lobby.

The comforter didn't smell as refreshed as it should be that I doubted if it had been washed prior to my check-in.

Excelent warm bed and shower for a two night stay if you don't look too hard into it.

The staff was amazing, and very helpful at all times. Hotel had many amenities as manga library in the lobby, laundry ( even if some of the machine seemed to be always broken) and vending machines with a few selections of everyday beverages such as juices, water, and beer. It seemed to have drinks at night in the lobby, which I did not use. It is an older hotel building, with its flaws, but none that did prevent a good stay or experience.

Room was small, without a view outside. Window did not open to ventilate the small room. Toilet was so small, it could be impossible to use to anyone with a larger frame or minor disability. A battery rolled under the bed, forcing me to look under, which showed the carpet under the bed quite possibly was never vacuumed, due to the bed frame design. That being said, that is an issue not exclusive to this hotel, for a two night stay, it was not an issue, as everything else, where the staff can actually reach and clean, was spotless, even if it is an older hotel.

room price is lower than others, location is good

The breakfast is good, lot of choices, and it is delicious.The location is good as well, it is near by the toyama station .

The room is cold , there is no any heating machine inside the room although it is -2 degree celcious outside ...No glass or cup inside the room to drink.no rack for me to put the luggage and open it...

Perfect if you just want to stay a night for very cheap and don't care too much about conditions.

Very affordable pricing and close to main station.

It's very simple and only few facilities available. The building is pretty old and the rooms somewhat show it. The breakfast was rather plain (but still awesome to be included for such low pricing.)

Not worth the price

convenient area

the bed is small even if i booked for 2 adults they gave us a single bed. the air in the room was not really clean fresh, there was a lot of dust. No cups in the room. we have to go to the isle to get a plastic cup just to have a drink. no amenities. no tea neither tea in the room. Just a plain room.
