-No more than 9 people allowed for occupancy.
-Minimum age to book is 25.
-Unfortunately, no boat slip or mooring is available on the current dock; we are on a 1+ year waiting list for a new dock. **Swimming is not currently permitted off the dock for this reason.
-Sorry, pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.
-Do NOT use lighter fluid with the Weber BBQ grill (it runs on charcoal and a miniature propane tank lit via igniter).
-Kayak launcher may only be used by adults for launching empty kayaks (per instructions); children not allowed on kayaks or kayak launcher at any time.
-No smoking/vaping allowed anywhere on the property; a $500 fine will be imposed if this rule is not followed.
-The fireplaces are non-functioning and should not be used by guests.
-The sailboat is strictly off-limits.
-Please exercise safety at all times in and around the swimming pool area. Do not dive into the pool. BE SURE TO MONITOR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES AROUND POOL, LAKE, AND PROPERTY. No children’s flotation devices or swimming vests are provided. **NOTE that the swimming pool be closing for the season on October 14th for the season**
-No food or drink allowed in or around the pool area
-Do not flush anything aside from toilet paper into toilets (**no wipes, even if they say safe for plumbing**); anything else will clog the septic system.
-Do not use bleach to clean or wash laundry; it is not safe for the septic system.
-THERE WILL BE BUGS! Even though we have regular pest control services, they are an unavoidable part of lakefront and nature living. Please be prepared with bug spray, etc.
GUEST ACCESS:
The entire property is available to guests, including its array of amenities; however, the sailboat is off-limits. No fires of any kind are allowed on the property or fireplaces (aside from propane-fueled fire pit). Unfortunately, no boat slip or mooring is available on the current dock; we are on a 1+ year waiting list for a new dock.**Swimming off the dock is not currently permitted for this reason. However, the kayak launcher is in full use to enjoy!
PARKING AND FACILITIES:
-In addition to the two car carport and driveway, there are 2 additional uncovered guest parking spots near front walkway
-No RVs allowed
On the morning of check-in, you will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time.

We allow early check-in and late check-out upon request. This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability. We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

ACCESSIBILITY CONSTRAINTS:
This house is perched relatively high over the lake, which provides stunning panoramic views. While the main level of the house and wrap around deck are easily accessible from the driveway with no stairs (aside from two steps up in the foyer), the grounds beyond the house are rough natural terrain, sloping steeply to the lake. The path to the dock is downhill with several sets of stairs. There is no designated path to the fire pit patio, just a fairly steep walk downhill over a natural grassy meadow. The pool is accessible from the main deck and courtyard patio down several stairs. The lower level of the house is accessible down a narrow original staircase.
