Nice hotel well located, nice rooms and good breakfast. Would have been 5 stars had we been allowed to use the rooftop pool which was closed for the season despite the weather being 25 degrees in October (the whole week we were there)…

Our recent stay at the coastal hotel in Naples offered a mix of delightful experiences and a few areas for improvement. The hotel's prime location provided stunning seaside views, which we enjoyed from our room and during breakfast. The proximity to the coastline also allowed for refreshing morning runs. The room, albeit not the twin room we initially requested, was well-appointed and spacious, meeting our needs with its cleanliness and amenities, including a fitness area and a sizable pool. Dining options around the hotel impressed us with their quality and reasonable pricing. However, our check-in process did not meet expectations. Despite the offer of complimentary drinks, the delay in room readiness and the subsequent unfulfilled promise of a twin room were disappointing, especially after a three-hour wait. Additionally, while we anticipated the distance into the city and the associated taxi costs, it is something for future guests to consider when planning their stay. Overall, our experience was pleasurable, with the exception of the initial hiccup at check-in. We hope to see improvements in this area to match the high standards of the other services provided.

Our room was beautiful but no one offered to help us get our bags to the room, the air conditioner did not work very well, there was no bottled water in the fridge and one of the bedside lights did not work. We did switch lightbulbs with another lamp and it worked

The room had a Murphy bed. No outlets near the bed for phone/alarm. Needed wake up call but phone was also on other side of room. Outlet was across the room. (10feet away) Light bulb missing in bed side reading light. When checkout, told clerk that was the worse room - he agreed! Global’s conference next door . Street filled with police/security.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms are large with a comfortable bed. There are a number of very good restaurants within walking distance. Do yourself a favor and book an ocean view, it is amazing with beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend this location.

Our large bathroom flooded when the shower was used. The shower seal had so much mold on the seal that water just flowed under it. The air conditioner did not work. They said they would fix both of these but neither was ever looked at. Finally, the 6 am wake up call was never made to us and when I asked why, they said I never asked for one. Avoid this property.

Late check in was easy and professional. Room was spacious and clean. This is a big hotel, with out of date styling but otherwise excellent in every way. Breakfast in the wonderful room with floor to ceiling windows looking out directly across the water to Capri is amazing!

Brilliant hotel in a great location for everything. Staff are fantastic - friendly, polite, and very accommodating. The roof pool is small but a very peaceful spot to escape the madness of the city, and the 10th floor bar and terrace with a view over towards Capri is a great place to finish of a busy day. Would highly recommend 👍

Everything was okay for our one-night stay. However, the bathroom felt outdated and could use renovation to modernize its old style. The location was absolutely perfect for taking a walk and enjoying the view. We had a breathtaking front ocean view, which was very relaxing. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to the airport, just a 20-minute drive away.

We stayed here 1 night after leaving Capri before heading to Rome. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The Ac worked well. We had a nice view of the water & the surrounding area was clean and felt safe.the pool was nice as well.

Amazing ocean views. Loved the pool and the pool side restaurant with a view of the ocean. You have to book the pool, but not difficult to find a slot for a couple of hours and pool is free for hotel guests. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Overall a great hotel!

2 hours maximum was allowed to stay by the pool, blue caps are mandatory in order to swim, smoking should be prohibited in the communal space surrounding the pool, it ruins the experience. Lack of recommendations for the local area, restaurant menu in the hotel had a limited selection and was overpriced, no-where in the area seems to sell cocktails, only spritzes, outside the front of the hotel is very noisy every night.

A beautiful hotel outside the busyness of Naples. Set directly on the coast line looking over to Capri. Plenty of restaurants in a very safe area. Hotel was spotless and run very professionally. The room was large with a lovely balcony and large bathroom. Will definitely be going back.

Great location for dining options in the evening, but also the hotel itself was well maintained, clean and had good options for breakfast. The kids loved it for the pool, which we kept forgetting to book, but staff were always willing to accommodate.
