Customer Service was horrible. First they asked for a no notice $100 deposit. My card had over $100 but less than $115. The desk clerk tried saying he only charged my card $100. The card company sent me a text message stating it was declined due to an attempted charge of $115. The next morning, the day shift person was mad because I asked for extra towels. I had two adults and three young children. The attendant said i needed two rooms because i could only have 4 people in the room. Customer service killed any repeat business!

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. There was mold on the refrigerator, nasty splatters running down the walls. The tub/shower had hair in it(not my hair) there was a very annoying beeping sound coming from the night stand plug in ( I had to unplug it) empty Kleenex box, stained wash clothes & towels.Upon checking in the young man said a $100 deposit was required. Why???? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.Also some real sketchy people walking around

Expedia claims this is a pet-friendly hotel. It is not. Hotel website says it's no pets, and if you bring a dog onto the premises it's $250 extra. I called the hotel and was told it would be $50 extra for our dog. We did not bring the dog. When I signed the waiver upon check-in, it said pet fee was $35.

Black Mold on walls , would not offer a clean room, after checking in, then I complained and the owner asked for more money. BBB should be contacted on this facility.

I did not like the staff’s ignorance in ADA and service animal laws! They need to be taught what they can ask and what they cannot! By them asking for our service animal’s paperwork she was breaking a federal law!!! “KAREN” refused to give us her name therefore We cannot give you her name but she needs to be educated in these laws so this isn’t an issue for others! At this point I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

I’ve stayed at Days Inn for years, recent visit was good until I was accused of stealing 3 towels, that were never inside the room. Which I didn’t mind. So me and my husband extended our stay until Monday and when he ask for towels as they were cleaning they accused us of stealing there towels and i explained, towels was never there, and I never left out the room since checked in on Friday and I told them look at your cameras, you want even see us take out bags out or us leave out the room with towels. I even emptied out our bags nothing was there. I explained to the guy, I don’t steal and why would I. It could have been an honest mistake on there part. But we didn’t complain about it.
Now what really made my decision to NEVER EVER stay there again, once they have clean the room, they didn’t give us any towels. And at check out charged us 15.00 each for 3 towels.
Very nasty service and unethical. And I’ll take my business elsewhere!

My only complaint about the room was that i was there alone with my 2 year old granddaughter and the curtains never closed completely. I was afraid someone could see in the room. I also was unimpressed with the breakfast. The cereal containers were not refilled and the one that had frosted flakes in it was stale.
