Very good

The bed was very comfortable it was clean and it's not to far from the beach close to lots of places.

One guy at the front didn't seem very friendly.

I was just staying over night and had no options at that point so, my overall stay was not comfortab

The breakfast was fine.

The room had curtains following off the rods, and this seemed to be the norm because as I walked by several rooms while the cleaners were cleaning, other rooms had curtains falling too. Also the pull out sofa was mildewed, with mildew stains, the plastic was torn off the mattress, and the room reeked of that mildew smell. I changed room 2 times because of things that I felt like should not be, like the doors having grooves on the lock entry from being pried open. After changing from that room the second room had the same type door issues and this is also the room that had the molded sofa and smell. Also the cleaning supplies that the cleaners were using appeared not to be disinfectants, they were glass cleaner, fabuloso, and foam deodorizers. Lastly, I asked more towels later that night after coming from the beach and I was told they.were all out and wouldn't have any clean towels or wash clothes until the next day at 10am when the workers come to clean. This was such an uncomfortable stay and is definitely unacceptable!

There was no staff at the front desk for over 10 minutes to check us in. when staff did arrive they were in inappropriate street clothing and no shoes coming from guest room! The bedside lamps did not work and there wasn’t even a bulb in the living room lamp. I felt unsafe.

Right off exit.room was clean

The check in time. I totally understand you need time to clean however if there are rooms clean when you arrive you should be allowed to check it. It was clearly said to me that they were told they were not allowed to check people in early anymore, not that all the rooms were dirty. People are traveling from far distances and are exhausted. We only got there 1.5 hrs early. To check in that earlier when our room is available is nothing to you but like I said when people that have sat in a car for 11hours and want to unpack, shower and relax it means so much. Then the pool, spa was closed. Looked filthy

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low making it difficult to shower. Toilet was also slow & challenging to flush properly. The bathroom had drywall patches that were not painted.

Ok for a quick one-night stay but not much more

Convenient to I-95. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was adequate.

Needs an updating. Rooms need better cleaning and bath had used washcloth hanging in stall. TV guide hard to use. Reception staff not too friendly and didn’t seem to be able to recommend restaurants.

It was an unpleasant experience.

Nothing other than the proximity to the interstate.

The facility was just plain dirty and very poorly maintained - roaches in the bathroom; clogged sink and tub; dirty hallway; broken latch on door. The door was open to the kitchen/breakfast prep area which was VERY dirty - no breakfast for us! The desk clerks (other than at check in) were unaccommodating and lacked any interest in customer service. An off-duty staff member (young lady) stepped in to accommodate us when the desk clerk questioned our request for an ice bucket which was not in the room and then put us off. The clerk at check-out was amazingly cavalier about my concern that there were roaches in the bathroom.

elevator not in service!! Had to climb stairs with luggage. Breakfast was horrible..very disappointed with the condition of the property. We stayed there a year & a half ago & came back because we liked it. Hopefully, they will correct things.

Indoor swimming pool needed to be clean, including their hot tub & the hot tub didn’t work. Places had a odd smell to it . For what I paid, it should have only been $60-70 for the stay .

The location off the highway and the southern accent, I’m in love.

The room I was given was filthy. Looked like it was never cleaned after last guest. The bathroom floor was sticky and nasty. There were fingerprints all over the place. I found bread crumbs and Pubic hair under the blanket. It was nasty
