This place is very rundown. The first thing we noticed was the smell. The room was dark as some lights didn’t work. There was a nasty stain on the footstool. Also some crud on the wall. The bathroom was terrible with very dim lights and dirty fixtures. Marker on the mirror, peeling paint, wobbly toilet, etc…. The only good part was the water pressure was great. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Lights in the room did not work, had to ask for toliet paper , lack of hot water during a 5 day stay was not good. However it was quiet and everyone friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice. The kids enjoyed. Plenty of towels available everytime we swam (6).

The initial greeting by staff wasn't professional. The staff called each other names while I was checking in. The hotel entrance door window was filled with fingerprints. The room's first impressions was bad. The light switch by the unit's entry door didn't work. The outside door entrance was left open and not secured. So I asked for another room in the main building. This room was fine...no issues. I had a good night's sleep. The next morning brought other problems. The breakfast operation went totally south. No bacon, no sausage, no caffeine coffee, no butter for waffles, no orange juice, one cereal (raisin bran) was not covered and was exposed into a large bowl, there was hardly any fruit. Many people were obviously frustrated with the situation. I would never refer anyone to this hotel. The business was clearly owned by Asian Indians who I would assume were vegans.
I feel the owners could learn from this experience. The Wyndham brand was deeply flawed during the early morning hours.
I main reason I booked, was the Wyndham brand. I saw an above average rating of 8.0 on the Hotel.com website. Far from 8.0,
more like 3.5 out of a possible 10 score.
Wyndham has probably trained the hotel associates on how to provide excellent customer service, and done the Wyndham way. Somewhere along the way those skills were lost.
Customers expect the greatest customer service during morning breakfast. I was at a total lost this morning. Vincent

It was very dirty, ran out of the limited breakfast food. Staff did not know how to get water dispenser to work , cereal was water and stale. It was gross. The outside pool was stained and yuk. Very unhappy for a Baymont.

Bathroom extremely, extremely small. Bathtub not clean, had to put a towel down inside bathtub to stand on. Entire bathroom needs to be gutted out and redid. Pillows on bed were horrible. Need to have a variety of softness (soft, medium and hard). All the pillows (6) on both beds were hard as a brick. Went down to have breakfast. No plates, no napkins out of a lot of items and it was 8:00 AM. Breakfast is to be served until 9:30. Had to run down staff. Could not find them back where the food is prepared. Found girl behind front desk on her phone. Besides all the above items completely out, the eating area was filthy! I of course blame the people staying there; however, it does require you staff to keep it clean, which they completely failed in doing. Will I stay there again, absolutely NOT!. Actually, I feel we should get out money back.

My first room smelled so bad, I had to ask to move to another room (requested in a different building). No hot water in sink and hair in the bath tub. The man that checked me in didn’t seem to care. Then the lady that was at the desk was nice and moved my room location. Will never use again!!!

Our first room smelled so bad like smoke, we asked to move. Our 2nd room had a "very bad" blood stained box springs, I have a picture if you would like to see. It was the 2nd floor, room 205. It literally looked like someone may have bled to death there, was the bed next to the window. They moved us again, next door. Towels were rough, toilet bowl seat was half off (they came & fixed it), things just weren't very well maintained. Breakfast ok, staff was nice. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this really needs to be addressed.

Lets start in the lobby, when i first walked in it had an oder that smelled like burned curry mixed with a musty oder, check in was as you expected except they dont hardly speak english, seemed like they had family members camped out in the lobby. The outside pool was closed, and their inside pool was dirty, the hot tub was more like a warm tub. We got into our room and it was dark and dated. The AC ran so loud it was hard to sleep, the shower has very little water pressure and the fire alarm was missing (bare wire hanging). Breakfast was horrible, mold on the bread and biscuits, eggs looked like they were cooked days ago. And if you choose to eat in the lobby youd be eating with their family and fight over witch smelled worse, the lobby or the food. We booked online because the pics looked nice with the outdoor pool being their main focus. We stayed 2 nights angot the heck outta there. Dont stay here!!! You'll get a better night sleep at the homeless shelter on a cot than you would here.

I thought the property had a dampness I. The air which created a bad odor upon entering the lobby. Unfortunately the lobby area is also where breakfast is served which makes it very hard to enjoy a meal.

The property was overpriced, hotel and rooms extremely outdated for 230 dollar's a night. Have stayed in way better places for that amount or less. There was dead bugs in the room, not many wall outlets for charging your electronics. Breakfast was terrible and not a big selection of items. This choice of hotel was a last minute selection to attend an Ice Cube concert at the Amphitheater at the Ozarks. Another 100 dollars i would have went back to Margaritaville Resort for just a night. I wil never return to this property or any other ones along this area.

The lobby of this place smelled horrible. Eating food in this area was not possible for us.The a/c filter hasn’t been cleaned for months. Empty vending machine. Those types of items are purchased at the front desk. Will never return again to this hole.

I ended up not staying because the room smelled like smoke, all the lights were burnt out and the tv was a Roku and did not have cable. Because I booked online, I could not get a refund....extremely disappointed.
