Staff was friendly and informative! The lobby is homey and warm. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. So most things were decent for the price. I rated a bit low because of the pool. We chose this hotel based on the pool. The pool and water slide were FREEZING! The hot tub was luke warm. The floor was slippery and chipping paint which stuck to our feet and there were no towels.

We couldn't use the pool or spa at all as it was broken. The heat in the room was unable to be turned down so slept with no blankets, and oor room was next to an exteroir door for guest to go tothe second floor rooms that slammed so hard when anyone went in or out it shook the wall. Do not stay in room 35!!!

The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable. The pool however, was freezing. Even the hot tub was not hot!

This was an incredible deal for the price. Great room with good service. Breakfast was good. Many choices. Pool and waterslide were wonderful. The price was the least I have paid for a room in the last five years.

Great shower, nice soft beds and great price.

I expected better based on the reviews. Not relevant to me, the water slide is closed. It was unclear if the pool was open. The sauna was a warm tub, not hot. More concerning, our first room really smelled of smoke. The lady at the desk was very nice and let me go into the only other similar room and it smelled even worse. She did mention that most of the workers, herself included, smoke so they can't really tell if someone has been smoking in the room. She did move us from a King to a 2 Queen room which did not smell like smoke (until the person nextdoor on night 2 started smoking right outside our room). Basically this is an old hotel. The lobby is very nicely done up. There are games and DVDs to borrow (but our TV didn't have a picture, just sound). There is a good variety for breakfast. The room doors open right out onto the parkinglot. The wall unit airconditioners are right there too, hence the guy smoking nextdoor filled our room with smoke. I expected more for the price, to be honest. If you get a low price and don't mind smoke smell in the rooms, then it is OK as long as you see it as a place to sleep and not a place to spend much time. I have asthma and was in town for a run so it was definitely suboptimal.

Very accommodating and professional. We had a minor issue with our room and the woman at the front desk switched our room without hesitation and was polite and kind. Amazing staff, great stay.

The rest of the building where the rooms are below was dirty. The entrance did not lock so anyone could come and go any time of the night. The ac filter wasn’t able to cool the room which made it difficult to sleep. I will never use another Quality Inn and suites!

Pictures do not show that it's an older motel in a seperate building from the lobby and breakfast area. Pool area would be a very cool, big slide, but was very unkept, unclean & needs repairs...garbage, food, just dirty & gross, peeling floors, etc. No towels. Good potential but need some love & cleaning. Staff was nice.

The AC was to noisy, it affected our sleep. The outside door sticks, but it was very neat and clean. Loved the space to walk our dog. Breakfast was great just like the more expensive hotels. With a little updating it would be like the most expensive hotels in the area. We would try it again, hopefully a little quieter next time.

The windows were very dirty and grungy. Not attractive for paying as much as I did! And the halls were rather noisy in the evening and the room didn’t stink but it didn’t smell good either!

We were quoted $92 on Expedia but when we got on site, we were charged $164 for a Thursday night. Even though this place is quaint, it is not worth that price. That is what they charge on a weekend day at the Holiday Inn right next door which is nicer.

Weird smell in the hallway and room. Ice machine didn’t work and the doors to the hotel hallway wouldn’t lock. Breakfast was alright. For the high last minute price I paid and the condition and cleanliness of the property I would not be staying again.
