Overall great experience. My only concern is that the mattress in this particular room was not very comfortable. The hotel may want to consider upgrading the mattress in this room. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you.

Stayed in a one Bedroom suite which had ample space For 4 people (2 children 2 adults) Definitely worth the upgrade. As bedroom was a separate area that the door can be closed. The living room also had a breakfast table with two chairs. Sofa can be turned into bed as well. Loved that there were two tvs one in bedroom and one in living room area so while everyone could sleep the tv would not disturb anyone. Bathroom is slightly outdated where to the faucet was loud and hard to control flow. But the shower tub combo has nice tiles and good flow toilets. You could definitely hear plumbing when other rooms flush and have baths so if you’re sensitive to noise this is a con. Breakfast has good selection. Waffle maker, bakery, yogurt, eggs etc Parking as of Nov 2024 is $20/overnight Coffee, tea and cookies (one per person complimentary) in lobby during checkin. Walking distance to Clifton Hill and good dine in restaurants Overall, a wonderful stay and will stay here again!

Wish the mattresses were more comfortable but overall it was a good stay and our number one place to stay every time we visit Niagara. Super convenient to walk everywhere and buffet breakfast is a bonus! Staff is always nice and super friendly! Excellent place to stay if you are with your family.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as usual. It was nice that the breakfast was served in a separate room rather than right off the main lobby. The only thing not so nice was to have to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot. Never had to do that before since most hotels I've stayed in have free parking for guests in their parking lot.

Not close, but totally walkable to the falls. Breakfast did have some warm options. Room fridge didn't seem to be working well. Kept finding black flecks in water from tap; not sure why-room was very clean. Drank and brushed my teeth before noticing it and I didn't have issues. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good.

All staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. Our stay was very pleasant - a mid-range hotel, used simply for sleeping while travelling and met all of our needs very well. Clean and comfortable. Two very minor things: the a/c was a bit on the noisy side, and pillows were quite small. Our request for floor and room location was accommodated, and we really appreciated that.

The hotel was in a good location. Room was great. Heating system was very quiet so good for light sleepers. The breakfast was ok. My only two negative comments are: 1-the parking. The parking lot was a combination of some pavement and some gravel. Parking in the gravel meant carrying suitcases over the gravel to get to pavement instead of rolling them. The parking lot certainly didn’t match the great condition of the hotel 2- water pressure was off the charts. Turning the tab on quickly would splash everywhere. I think their water pressure regulator was malfunctioning and I let the front desk know. Hopefully they fix before they burst a pipe. Overall the hotel was great and I would stay there again.

This hotel is in a great location just off Clifton Hill. Breakfast was ok, free cookies were amazing. We had a jacuzzi room on the 6th floor and the walks are very thin. Our neighbours decided to have a jacuzzi around midnight each night and we literally heard every movement and word as well as the running water.

Stayed at this hotel while celebrating my birthday in Niagara Falls. The hotel is clean, check in was easy and the staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. There was complimentary chocolate chip cookies, coffee and tea available. Complimentary coffee and tea was available 24hrs My room was clean and comfortable. It is walkable to almost everything yet not in the heart of the noise area. Breakfast was also very good. Friends came over to play cards with us and the staff facilitated this by allowing to have a table and chairs in a corner of the lobby for the evening. I really liked this hotel and will definitely book here again. I certainly recommend this hotel
