The entire stay was awesome, except when they had a special night at a place called "My Fathers Place" there was nowhere for guests to park, it was a nightmare, we were told park anywhere even if not a legal place to be, that is kind of ridiculous. They have a lower level and should have valet to bring the cars down there and not take from guests who need to park there.

This hotel was such a disappointment in this amazing town. It felt old and dirty. There were no other options or I would have left there immediately.

The property is nicely decorated. The floors are beautiful, but can get a bit slippery when wet. Check in was very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. We requested a handicapped accessible room, which we received. We were on the first floor, right next to the stairs. I was worried that it would be noisy, but it was surprisingly very quiet. My only issue was that the room seemed a little damp. I think it was because of the high humidity during our stay so that wouldn't stop me from coming again. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was nicely forceful. The staff was excellent and very accomodating. We had a little accident and needed a bandaid, which Kathria went out of her way to get for us and later thoughtfully asked how we were. The property is on a major road without sites nearby, but it's only a short drive to things. All in all, it was a very nice stay,thanks to the excellent staff.

Did not clean room 1 day. 2 towels for 4 guests. Soft, lumpy beds. No easy access to front desk from main parking lot - have to climb outdoor steps. no desktop computer for guest use.

Comfortable bed and pillows, room was decent size, bathroom door wouldn't close and no fan so to de-fog the mirror you had to use the hair dryer.

The hotel has a lovely setting overlooking the historic Village of Roslyn. The restaurant is excellent and the staff and amenities are excellent.

The staff was great. Easy check in experience. We felt safe, and the parking was easy. The condition of the room wasn't great. The bed was bigger the bed frame, and the way it was assembled, my wife injured her toe on a piece of the roller that was needlessly sticking out. The carpet felt wet, and the bathroom had mildew.

Front desk staff was especially nice. Walkable to great restaurants. Bed and pillows were great. Very nice hotel.

Convenient for my visit to Port Washington. Local to nice street full of restaurants. Get the view to the water if possible.
