I went to Nobu Los Cabos to relax and celebrate my 30th birthday. The entire staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway to refill your cup. Some highlights were: Esperanza at the Spa, my personal concierge Cesar who helped me book reservations and all the kind people at the front desk who even helped me to take photos. This is a place I would gladly visit again. You will spend some money for sure, but, to me for the quality of the food, scenic atmosphere and wonderful service it is WORTH IT. I am so glad I went!

Amazing place! Top-notch hospitality & cleanliness. Excellent food (can't miss the Nobu Restaurant!!) and breath-taking beach view. Perfect for those looking for quiet, luxurious destination for family or couples vacation.

5 star resort was so noisy we got little if any sleep, rooms lack any soundproofing from neighbors at all and near by common area pool tables/ping pong encouraged late night rowdiness. It felt like we were staying in a nightclub pool hall.

First let me say this property was extremely well planned at construction , I travel a lot all over the world and this hotel is probably one of the best I have been too. Great restaurants , good vibe , lovely pools and incredible views of the ocean while enjoying one of the best sunsets in the world . The staff is incredible , attentive and super helpful and polite. Nobu the restaurant … Well it’s Nobu :) we will be back

Their deposit reimbursement may take like a week or more unlike other top-level hotels,
and they deliberately try to delay the returning process by not picking up phone call or replying to e-mail.
Worst experience.

This shouldn’t be classified as a luxury property. Checked in after a long flight and got to our room expecting to relax. We ended up fighting at least 15 house flies in our room. Called front desk to send someone to assist— over 3 hours later a guy shows up to kill them one by one. Then, I paid extra for a private swim up pool, thinking it’ll be a romantic touch… There were huge dead roaches and so sorts of bugs in it morning till night. Called for it to be cleaned, no one ever showed up. So we couldn’t use it. This is not what one would expect from a Nobu brand. It was really disappointing.

Pure magic. Highly recommend for rest and recommendation. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Everything was amazing. A stay here is really setup for you to funnel everything through Nobu. I am accustomed to booking my own excursions and restaurants and the like, but it's much easier to just have them do everything for you. There is no Uber due to regulations, so you have to use a taxi to get off the property, or private transportation provided by the excursions. It is also far away from the heart of the action, so it's also much easier to just stay on the property and leverage all of the high end amenities. Muna is a must reservation, even more so than Nobu itself (go to both)! Be aware, there is no beach water access due to strong currents and rough waters.

I’ve never experienced such incredible service. The staff just does things even without you having to ask. For example, if we ask for directions on site, they escort you there - not just tell you where to go.
The cleanliness was out of this world. Things were constantly being kept up - rooms, landscaping, etc. you’d rarely see discarded plates or cups near pool bc it was immediately cleaned up.
Food is incredible, of course, but pricey. You know that being a Nobu. There’s I think 4 main restaurants (Japanese, Mediterranean , steakhouse, and a breakfast spot - nothing included for what you pay, so be ready for that. You can order food at pool, too.
You should know that you can’t swim at the beach. Literally no one was even ON the beach - the water is unsafe for undertow/current reasons. This is pretty much strictly a pool hotel, which there are 3 that vary in environment.
Depending on where you’re at on the campus, it’s a bit of walking all around in the heat.
It’s kind of far away from town. Hard Rock is next to it, which apparently has some stuff to do but we didn’t make it. You have to get cab or drive about 20-30 minutes into the main part of Cabo. So it’s great if you wanna get away from people.
And lastly, be ready (like the rest of Cabo) to be sold on the residences (kinda like a vacation rental thing).
Otherwise we had a BLAST relaxing at the pool and eating well at Nobu, which was kind of our plan!

The only issue is Little bit far from the main road.

I've visited numerous luxury resorts worldwide, but the service provided by Jesus "Nacho" Cota truly stands out. His attention to detail and exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The way he managed the hotel and treated us exceeded all expectations.
Moreover, the food at every restaurant was outstanding, and the drinks were top-tier. I'm not easily impressed, but this experience definitely left a lasting impression. We will definitely be returning and will be requesting Nacho as our point of contact if possible.

The staff was amazing, always greeting in passing and willing to help. But my absolute favorite was my personal concierge Luis who was only a text away to help me with anything was the best! Thank you NOBU for the perfect vacation
