Hotel staff was pleasant but the room and bathrooms were very well worn. The casino (table staff) were hardly enthusiastic- very disappointed with lack of ‘energy’ especially considering the table minimums. Steak house supposed to be premium- served choice not prime- cut $80. Next morning my wife had same steak (smaller) with steak and egg breakfast for less than half that price. Will not return- add on charges to reservation rate too!

Beautiful room and views, was a little outdated. Our room had two bathrooms which was pretty awesome. Clean and comfortable. Good price as it was right before thanksgiving. Conveniently located.

Location was the only great thing about Harrah’s. Other than that the resort is very old and not updated. The beds are clean, but are old spring mattresses. It’s fine if you’re paying around $50 a night. We arrived around 6pm and the hotel check in employee did not seem to be in a good mood and was very short with us.

Nice overall…. But hot tub was closed for work. The facility could use an exterior facelift & some additional instructions for newcomers. Smoking is still allowed which was disappointing

Very nice stay and very affordable, We stayed for 2 nights and had a nice time. Valet and concierge were helpful and friendly.

We had a very enjoyable stay. We loved the very friendly and helpful staff as well as the hospitality we were provided. One issue we had though was the hot water took too long to come in most of the time. Our tv was also old, small, and had closed captioning that was too small making it very hard to read. I am hearing challenged and depend on the cc to enjoy watching.

Rooms are nice and that's it. Use a cane and even though not busy, put us at the very end of long hallway from elevator. Have to pay $20 day for self parking even when a hotel guest. Not enough budget friendly food. Cafe closes at 2:00 pm and only other food is terrible food court or extremely expensive restaurants. $30+ per day resort fee. Tried to charge us double for parking and had to walk back in to desk to get out of lot because gate wouldn't open. Very tight slots, very few table games open. Will not stay here again.

Great room. It was huge with two full bathrooms and a 10 foot couch! Nice breakfast downstairs with an indoor waterfall. Easy to walk the area.

We loved the gift shops, restaurants and arcade. The room we stayed in was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff we interacted with were very helpful and kind.

The hotel was nice but would of liked more restaurant choices. Was disappointed that hot tub was not working and the pool was cold. Was not told at Check-in that our room would not be serviced so had to call for towels. That was a speedy delivery. Overall it was a nice stay. Bed was comfortable and really liked that we had 2 bathrooms.

i am surprised Harrah's did not charge for breathing the air in the casino. went to get a soda out of the vendor machine. no soda on 8,9,10,11,12,13,14 floors. it smelled like cigarettes and cologne
