Good place. And friendly office staff.
Thank you.

Was a little nervous at first appearance but after a wonderful registration and in our room it was enjoyable.
3.2
The place was not clean
3.2
Place is old school, needs a litte more guidance with house keeping and is a super good deal with minimal amenities but surprisingly quiet for being a downstairs unit and dog friendly. We had a blast, dog included, and all bedding towels and necessities were perfectly fine. I believe it was the owner who checked us in and he made us feel like we were VIP guests. I would absolutely stay again.
3.2
No microwave or mini fridge. Smelled like marijuana. Not clean and very old.
3.2
The manager was unpleasant, over priced, dirty, unkept property and rooms. Blankets were dirty, toilet wasn't screwed down. Shower too small to use.
3.2
Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff.
3.2
Some updates to room, some of it was dated. No maid service for the three days I was there. Ran out of coffee, cups, cream and sugar. This was disappointing. The room overall was average but at least it was clean.

Portable air conditioner. Vent connected thru window. Unable to close blinds completely

From start to finish this property is terrible a temporary air conditioner in all the windows torn up rugs one key that only works on one of the locks and not the deadbolt love you one employee who was helpful shower that looks like somebody spilled the trash into it television that you have to stand next to to make it work just the terrible pot property all the way around would never recommend this to anyone ever again
3.2
No microwave. Very basic room with paint peeling in bathtub. Great location, but expect noise Friday nights as it is close to live music.

Thank you

We got in a lot later than expected. I called to let them know and the person at the front desk stayed late to check us in. It was a very kind gesture and very much appreciated
3.2
Dirty and filthy. We stayed for 3 nights never saw a housekeeper even they charged 50 dlls per services. Comforter had a bad nasty stains but We didn't have option to talk with somebody at the property the office it was always closed. I didn't expect any fancy furniture or expensive amenities but yes I did expected a clean place to sleep. TV didn't work, head board, pictures, night stand, lamp everything is dirty and filthy. I don't know how Hotels.com back up and promote this kind of places. Very disappointed with this hotel.
3.2
Really close to bars and the beach

This hotel charges a non-negotiable $28 dollars for utility fees when you check in.
3.2
Old but seems to be clean
3.2
Not well maintained property. Gas heaters, no ventilation, old smelly beds, disintegrating shades. I don’t recommend unless you’re a hardcore skier
3.2
Room did not have heater working, room was little smelly. Plus they have charged me some extra 28$ which now i have to find out what it is about.

The bedroom floor

The shower didn’t work and room is cold
3.2
They are in the middle of remodeling and you can see it everywhere
3.2
Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice price!
3.2
Dirty and either too cold (no heat) or too warm. Staff said if we came back next year he would offer a better room. Poop on toilet rim and shower too dirty too use. Carpet turned my white socks black. Could go on but just do not stay there.
3.2
Great location, easily walkable to Harvey's Outside Venue and casinos. Reception was friendly and nice. If you just need a bed for a night, might be a decent option, but walls are quite thin, and noise travels. We were on ground level, and could hear people overhead walking, maybe upstairs would be quieter, but no elevator. Also, might want to request extra blankets if needed before office closes, thin covers on bed, and no spare in room.
3.2
No privacy as blinds were not able to close
3.2
Location and price.
3.2
Dog friendly..but floors and shower dirty
3.2
The room was large and well kept! Friendly staff and easy walking to the strip.
3.2
They have not cleaned the carpets. The carpet was full of stains. Bad odor. They do not clean under the bed. My dog found a sock and old food underneath the bed. I had to check out early because I was getting sick. They rushed us to get out when I had paid for a second day. They wanted to rent out the room as quickly as possible.
3.2
Good place for what you pay for. Friendly staff. Good area walking distance to places

Old hotel. Needs to be updated badly!

This is one of the last hotels near Stateline with the old Tahoe vibe. It seems most other hotels have been sold to the highest bidder, get a new coat of paint and then start charging $300 a night. Stateline has changed a lot since I was kid. We were up here as a last minute trip to see family and just needed a bed, a roof, and a bath. That’s what we got and it did the job just fine. No frills, no spas. If you’re looking for luxury, this may not be the place for you. If you’re a weary traveler however, Tea Garden Lodge is wonderful. They allow pets too which my dog thinks is great. Thanks.

Gross! Nasty old place with sticky carpeting
3.2
Only point the first room we got was dirty they changed it right away but this second room didn’t had AC 😩 beside it everything else was alright
3.2
Another great stay at the Tea Garden Inn: Quiet, clean, and comfortable! See my post from last week for more details.
3.2
This was the second time we had stayed at the Tea Garden, and again it was awesome. Rooms were clean, and the bed super comfortable. The Tea Garden is 2 blocks from the casinos, so it is an easy walk to concerts at Harvey’s via the back entrance (behind Harvey’s). It is also only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I emphasize walk as you will not get a parking spot. Be aware the beach costs $25 a person, but ask about discounts at check-in. As an added bonus you get Jimmy! Jimmy is the owner, and he is super positive and always hustling to make the place as nice as it can be. Now, to be honest, the Tea Garden is an older place, but it is kept up well. There is no central AC, but portable AC units are provided. If you are staying at Tahoe and just need a place to sleep and shower, the Tea Garden is perfect! On fact, we are staying there this week again!
