Staff were great and check-in/out went smoothly. Only complaint was that there was some drywall damage behind the towel rack in our bathroom and we were afraid to hang our towels on it. We reported it to the front desk, but can't help being disappointed that the condition of the room didn't match our expectations (i.e. loose towel rack that was hanging off the wall).

The hotel was nice. Front desk staff were ok, not over excited for us to be there and not excited that our Expedition didn't fit in there underground parking (which they charge for daily). The hotel was in walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in the town of whistler.

Place is noisy. Can hear people in rooms beside and above. Bed was too soft, maybe worn out

Convenient location near Whistler village. Great service!

Great little hotel. Literally across from village stroll.
They have a bike check (we brought two downhill bikes), so no dragging bikes to room or locking outside.
They had bike wash and tool station also.
Hot tub was super big, nice to help relax after riding the trails.

We only stayed one night, but it was absolutely perfect and close to all amenities in the area!

Convenient location for a reasonable price. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Very nice, friendly staff. Easy walk to village centre. Parking seemed expensive but probably standard for the area.

The air conditioner is very noisy disturbing our sleep.

Excellent. Good service. Beautiful rooms. One thing though: not well insulated against noise.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel. Large rooms, great location to Whistler village. It would be nice if there was a small cafe in hotel.

It was okay. Only bad thing is that you could hear people outside the hallway but it was quiet down at a reasonable hour of the night.

This property has a pool, hot tub and sauna. That's the main reason why we stayed here. They also stored our bikes for us, which was great. Overall it's clean, the staff are friendly, and it's nicely decorated. Good hotel.

The lobby and the room were very nice and clean. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were very nice as well.
The gym didn't have a lot of dumbbells/weights, and the main universal machine was old and broken (very disappointing).
Not good that you need to pay for parking in the very hotel in which you're staying :(

We had a lovely room in the Aava and enjoyed the in-room facilities. The issue with this hotel is its lack of short term parking spaces for check in. The few spaces near reception were all permanently occupied by commercial vehicles. In addition, commercial vehicles (vans, pickup trucks) were illegally parked all around the hotel area, blocking sidewalks and dedicated fire access routes. When pointed out to staff at reception they seemed unconcerned, just stating that the owners didn’t want to pay for garage parking and implying there was nothing they could do about it. It spoiled the stay for us.

Clean and comfortable, easy access to the village and mountain. Right next to golf course and nice restaurants

Most of the things were nice. Great staff that actually cared to smile.. The pool was too small. Quite disappointed. Elevator is on one side of the building so you have to walk a lot if you room is at the end.

All positives except one area for improvement. The only thing I’ll say is that while I’m absolutely grateful for hotels who allow pets, their “designated pet rooms” like the one I was in, definitely smelled of pets the moment I opened the door. I would suggest this…make your “designated pet rooms” carpet-free, and ensure all surfaces in the rooms are wipable( eliminate the fabric bed frames as well), as my boy knew the exact spots of prior marking by others. Luckily that doesn't then trigger him to mark as well, but my point is, your rooms could be very pet odor free, if you would just modify your pet rooms with simple changes. Better guest experience, and more cost effective for you in the long run- common sense. Other than that, the staff were the sweetest, the hotel was cute, the location was fabulous, and thank you for accommodating the paddleboard on my car with parking near to entrance. Overall great experience!

The location is quiet except for two neighboring rooms across from who are really loud and the staff just does not do anything about it even if its already after 10pm or 3am.

It was ok. Room is a bit old and over priced for what the place is. It’s a 2 star motel at best for quality. Mattress needs replacing.
It was clean and little interaction with the staff.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again .
Paying for parking is just over the top.
Whistler town itself is just way too overpriced for what it is. My advice Visit but stay somewhere else out of town if you can.

Convenient location and spacious room. Extremely well priced for Whistler. Pet friendly is always a huge plus!

Good location and good sized room. Our room unfortunately smelled musty when we arrived (smelled like wet bike gear). We had to leave the window open. Ceilings are really thin. Could hear person walking around upstairs. Finishes in the room and around the hotel are getting a little tired. Staff were great and getting in and out with a car was really easy. Bike wash out front was a nice touch.
