Nice pool and hot tub. Full kitchen. Clean.
Second bed (hide a bed) extremely uncomfortable. Carpet was wrinkly. Tub didn’t drain well. About 10 minutes drive from whistler village

the location of Lake Placid to ski lift.
Rooms could do with mop so that floors could be cleaned of ice when skiers returned.

Location
Wi-Fi and cable never worked. We called the front desk several times, but they said there was a problem in the building.
I called during and emailed after our stay, letting them know it was a huge issue since we were taking an avalanche course. No reply.

2 minute walk to the gondala, awesome to have a hot tub, room was super comfortable with lots of sleeping great for a group! Would definitely stay again.
Parking was a little confusing but figured it out! fairly early checkout at 10am as well too note.

Location was great
Very poor internet. Couldn't stream prime or netflix without continued interuption. Were not clear that not only did we have to check out of the room by 10, but the car had to be moved out of the parking lot as well.

office was off site. had to pay 30 dollars to get a ride to the Condo. my family arrived via shuttle from the airport. our key code to the front door worked about 40%of the time. Had to wait for other guests to show up to get in.

Took 30 mins to get my codes because my booking papers at twin peaks was not ready.

a really functional set up, clean and comfy. The creekside location is a short drive to whistler village which was nice, the local amenities are very good.
WiFi seemed to drop out regularly when cable tv was on, but strong connection when it was turned off.

Good location. We prefer Creekside to the main village. Apartment was okay.
1. This is Whistler, I presume a high percentage of visitors have roof and/or ski racks. The parking garage was 6'4" in height meaning our SUV didn't fit. This wasn't clear when booking. 2. Entering took a dozen tries and a few phone calls before our entry code worked. (Apparently a common problem) 3. We had to drive into the village to get the code which could have simply been emailed to us. 4. No AC so the apt gets stuffy. Had to keep the windows open which meant the loudest partiers at the lodge across the street filled our space with noise. The building itself was noisy. We heard a neighboring family child have a meltdown in the middle of the night then the next morning cleaners above sounded like they were renovating it was so loud. 5. If entering from one of the side gates from the alternate parking lot, you have to enter your 10digit code no less than 4 times at three different doors to enter, and still have to walk the length of the building to take an elevator. 6. They expect you to take out the compost. We just paid $400/night for a mediocre stay, we're not taking out the darn trash too. All in all we wouldn't return unless it was a last resort.

The terrace, the pool, the BBQ, the location of our unit in the lodge, the kitchen.
Despite the use of the fans provided, the heat remains inside the apartment and makes sleeping very uncomfortable.

Check in was poor. We were rushed, details were not provided if where and how to open the gate and we wasted a good 20 minutes and had to call to complain and only then be told about how to get into the building.
Then properly is maintained by a club/reception that manages several other properties and do not care about guests ‘ experiences. I called ahead of time to ask if there were fans as we were on a heatwave: was assured so. Only to get there, find none, call the reception to be told “maybe we can get you one tomorrow?” Without any intent of finding a suitable solution to the fact that it was 37C and what they assured us would be there wasn’t. We ended up having to deive back because they wouldn’t even call us back as promised.
The suite’s venetian blinds were not all working: the main one in the living area would not close because a part was missing so we had to be up at 6 with the sunlight. Called to complain and again, no call back.
The suite is advertised as suitable for 4 adults. The sofa bed is literally the worse qualisofa ned Ive ever seen - like the ones from decades ago with awful strings that come to your back and the mattress sinks. Not what one would expect for Whister prices. Unbelievable poor quality for hundreds of dollars per night.
The bathroom toilet would keep the water going all night long, very very old and mal functioning. Truly w dayed, tired suite that needs to be renovated a decade ago already.
The TV would NOT connect to the room s wifi, so no Netflix. And most times when we’d call the reception it would just go to a voicemail and we d never hear back.
Then the worse part: we woke up and went to the pool. It was closed although advertised to open at 10. At 1145 we tried again and saw many families there, waiting and complaining. I caled reception and the fellow didnt even know about it!! And again, promised to ca back, and never did. Luckily after midday it reopened. Nobody knew what happened.
We had to check out at 10 - no late check out options although check in is at 4!! Excessive! And eve after we had no pool the morning before rhey wouldn’t even make a gesture of goodwill and allow us a couple of hours. Nothing!

I liked the space- it was a one bedroom apartment
It was hot and the fan was broken also the microwave didn't work. We had to sleep with the windows closed because the people beside or above were partying late with music on their balcony.

very secured. need passcode to get in and around. but passcode was too long for the kids to remember and also does not work at times.
started with hairdryer not working the first night, no one can bring us one until the next day. they did come and replace the hairdryer.
however, we discovered that the microwave was not working in the morning. because we were out skiing and checking out the next day, we didn’t bother contacting them again.

location! hot tub! kitchen facilities
the fact that we were locked out of our parking at the end of our ski day. check out was 1000 am but we skied the rest of the day and our parking pass stated we were able to park there on the day. not impressed.
