Other guests we met were very nice. Nice kitchen and BBQ grill on the deck.
The pictures online made the place seem more roomy than it is. After a long drive it would have been nice to have at least one roll of TP in the bathroom - there was none. Too many potholes in the driveways.

Nice property, clean. It will be nice to get a room near the pool area if not it is a little walking involved.
Restaurants and shopping at least 10-15 min drive.

Very easy check in, the place to stay very good almost every is there but the dishes were not clean. You have a barbecue working very well. Not very noisy.
You have different grocery store 15 to 20 minutes from the resort.
About the swimming pool's you have two of them like one the kid's and one for the older's. A little bit more of supervision will be nice because the kid's come in the one for older and have no respect of anyone.
Overall we will try to go next year

The property was well located for access to Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls and St Catherine's. The property was well maintained.
Unfortunately, we couldn't get the air conditioner to work properly and the help that was promised never arrived.

Good place, clean, fit the description. One morning,
we had a problem, no hot water at all, but they fixed the same day. The laundry, is complicated and not very convenient for travellers, you have to make a reservation and the time proposed did not fit in our schedule (only accessible with a code the give you).

Nice location, 10mi either way to falls or the village that had stuff to do. But its a trailer you stay in with mattress so thin its painful to sleep, ants in kitchen ,you have to buy bathroom and kitchen stuff, empty your own trash it says a resort but its clearly not its a trailer park..The staff is nice.just be aware its not a hotel at all...

We picked this location for a week long stay because of it's proximity to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. It's a great in between location. The "cottage" was cute and clean. The bedrooms were small but manageable. The mattresses are in sore need of a replacement. They were very squeaky. The grounds were lovely and clean. Overall, it was a positive stay and I'd do it again.

Outdated, zero shade around our cottage, and nothing was provided (other than toilet paper) we had to call to get garbage bags delivered since there were none in the cottage.
Coffee machine was a Keurig which we don’t use, we brought ground coffee so couldn’t use it. We went into town to buy a few extra garbage bags and paper towel (they gave us two small ones for our family of 4 for three days).
Staff at front desk were very friendly, made check in and out easy.
AC was on but you couldn’t even feel it expect in the bedrooms, the heat inside the cottage was like a sauna since it was hit out and zero shade around the cottage (the patio umbrella was broken, and no trees).
Kids did like the pool area, and lots of pleases we drove to nearby for coffee and dinner and exploring.
Other cottages seemed to have better shade and working umbrellas, just not ours. Inside the kitchen there was plastic bowls and plates, only “adult” dishes were a couple coffee mugs and wine glasses.
We won’t be returning, even though the location is great in between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the like.

The location was excellent for visiting wineries in the area. We enjoyed the pools during the day and all was quiet in the mornings and evenings. Accomodations were comfortable and we enjoyed having separate bedrooms. Friendly helpful staff!

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was off the beaten path and much quieter than staying in downtown Niagara. Short drive to the Falls and downtown Niagara on the Lake. The staff was super nice and the kids loved the ice cream and candy selection in the main office. Playground and pool were fun for the kids (but very cold water). The cottage though small was clean but needed a few things. For example, the sponge and scrub brush in the kitchen were used. Putting a clean sponge for each guest would be more hygienic. Also, not having towels, sheets, and blankets was super inconvenient for us as we flew from Florida. We did buy some at Walmart but it was wasteful and we had to be careful not to dirty them because we didn’t want to pay to do laundry daily (but it was nice to have a laundry room in the resort for $3 per load). It was nice having a kitchen but a strainer and cooking sheet were missing so cooking was hard. Having a separate bedroom from the kids was great. The beds were not great but mostly because we didn’t have proper bedding.
Overall, I think this is the best place to stay for the area if you have a small family, want a clean place that’s not expensive, and prefer a quiet environment rather than the loud downtown. It’s like camping! You just have to be really prepared with linens of all kinds before staying.

Great property. Unfortunately one of the two pools were out of service and our toilet plugged after hours and the after hours number was disconnected. I told the lady at the front desk and it was apparent she had not listened to the messages I left and wasn’t the least but concerned that we had no facility for 12 hours.

Visiting Niagra with family. Stay was driving distance from Niagra on the lake. There were no towels, on asking were told that they do not carry towel or personal hygiene stuff like shower soap pr shampoo. Lucky that had toilet paper. Check in office closes at 9:00 so if you arrive at that time , you will sleep on street. No blankets. Air conditioner stopped working at 10:30. There is no help at that time. After 3 hrs of staying in heated trailer home figured out that electric breaker was tripped afterwards air conditioning was fine. I will think three times before booking this place again.

The resort is overall quite nice. There are lots of amenities - pool, fire pits, sports fields. However nothing in the photos nor description match what you get. This is essentially a mobile home park - which is totally fine - just not at all what the pictures and descriptions show. There is no bedding - which is stated, but all pics show bedding. There are also no towels for showering nor for kitchen use. You’re effectively camping in a trailer - again not a problem, just not at all what’s described and I would not pay this much money to stay in a camper.
