Bed, pool, check in rep and text service.
Wait staff were nice but slow. Priorities a little off.

I liked the way the lobby smelt, fresh. We had the best view of the garden. Our room was very clean and decorated well. The staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

Staff is incredible, especially the gentlemen at the front entrance along with the front desk and the maids. Grounds and hotel very clean. Enjoyed the restaurant, although a bit pricey.
Overall value. There were a few areas that were closed off during our stay for different periods of time including the pool and hot tub for a kids event. We went specifically for this area and at $329/night, they should not be "closed" for a kids event. Once reopened, the water had a pretty bad smell and that was the last time we visited it. Outdoor area was also closed off for a good period of time for a wedding at which point thought may as well get a massage if everything is closed off. Unfortunately, they were also booked...

The location, the wine tour and staff were friendly.
The rooms are VERY dated and LIV restaurant was awful. The service was TERRIBLE and food was overpriced. The facilities (pool and rec) were busy and sub-par for a ‘resort’ hotel.

It's was my 40th Birthday and the staff were so amazing at giving my mom and I a little extra and making our trip memorable.
The robes were awesome for the sauna.
The food was delicious.
Didn't like the fact that no pedicures were available.
Also the prices for food were very high priced.
There were kids in the sauna.
Didn't offer us the shuttle to the mall when it was cold.

I liked the Deluxe suite that we stayed in as well as the food from the Pub/Sports bar.....Delicious food and very generous portions.
The only real issue we had was with the bed!.....Very uncomfortable for the price you are paying.....you cannot compare this bed to what you get when you stay at the Marriot.

The staff were friendly and professional. check in and check out was easy.
The distance from Niagara on the Lake. The hours of the restaurants. The room we had was big but old and a little tired. The room wasn’t worth the money. It didn’t look anything like the pictures.
