Overall no complaints. Property is dated and, could use a remodel. Rooms are small for the price, no extras here. Oven barely worked. Shower pressure was terrible.
It was however a quiet place to sleep and shower.
Staff was great, fresh towels daily.

Broken dispensers, duck tape on the shower head, metal protruding from the floor, thank goodness my kids weren’t with us. They never cleaned the room during our stay. The one good thing was breakfast.

The property had no signage and minimal property/safety lighting. We called from the entry way for 10 min before anyone answered-we could see the front desk but saw noone. We arrived at almost 1am and the hallways reeked of marijuana. We were told they only had 1 key as they have no more keys, we then went to our room and the door deadbolt would not lock. We had been traveling and up for 20 hrs so we barricaded our door and went to bed. The hallway had a strange beeping sound and we had a strange greenish blue light in the room off an on reflecting on the wall with no obvious source. The black tape over the detector above the bed was concerning. Being located next to the railroad was not idea either from a sound perspective. We decided there were too many issues with this place so we checked out after the first night, 2 nights early. We did explain all of this to the desk person when we checked out, and she was apologetic but said their maintenance person had a medical emergency so he hasn't been there the past few days. The maintenance issues we saw were much more than a few days' worth-the pool didn't look used for years (was closed). They did refund part of our money and honestly I don't have time to pursue anything else. I have pics and video of all aspects of this review, should the property owner like to see them in hopes they will make the necessary changes to stand up to the Marriott chain name. Otherwise this was a dissapointing stay.

Service was great, good breakfast. Room was a bit "lived in", could use some updates.

Way too loud, I stayed in 221 in the building across from the office. Whenever people walked in the room next to me (or rooms next to me; but probably mostly from Room #223), the echo and vibration and THUD from the steps was way too loud. Paying over $200 a night with fees, that's way too much to spend to have to deal with noise like that. The room was pretty good, pretty clean. The location was fine. I just won't stay there again because of how loud the vibration and steps and thuds were.

The rooms layout was just what we needed but for the price I expected every tv to work every light to work and a door that wasn’t falling apart and needed a man to get to close.

Location was great for red rock show, pool area is so so, small but tidy and towels provided. Picture missing from wall, trim missing from bathroom, and toilet paper hold detaching from wall. Nothing that greatly affected our experience in general but just observations we made.

Really average but cleaner than some as of late, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was what you would expect from a upscale Continental breakfast: larger choice, clean, adequate, microwaved and mostly warm. Negatively; Toilets are still the old short round bowels - being 51 with 40 years in construction this screams ancient and cheap. The other major problem was the noise level of the passing vehicles during the night granted I live in the middle of nowhere with no passing traffic for literally miles.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Walls were thin and the smell wasn’t great, but those were minor issues. It’d be nice if the sign out front was fixed and lit up.

The room was fine with stove, microwave, fridge, dishes, however, lots of chipped paint and any wood needs a new coat of stain or paint.

We’ve stayed here before and it was great. Perfect location for getting into the Denver area and up to the mountain. Rooms are clean and love having the kitchen. Bathroom was good but the shower/tub had lots of grab bars but would be nice to put some rough strips on the floor of the tub. It gets very slick when showering. Staff was very good. It was another good stay

For a Marriott property this place was disappointing. It could stand some updates and the pool was not attended to as one would expect. I sure they are doing the best they can with the staff available.

Every thing was very good and perfect with the exception of breakfast. We were in this place for 7 days and each day something was missing from milk to English muffins and scrambled eggs…

Not a bad place. Kind of average for the price I was paying. But the staff was great.
