My husband and I booked a one-night stay at Ramada in Strasburg/Dover and we enjoyed this short but very relaxing stay. The hotel allowed dogs. Our room was very clean and the temp was set just right! The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good for the price we paid for our stay. We will definitely stay at this location again. No doubt about that!

We normally stay here once or twice per year while visiting the Amish Country. We paid a little extra for a suite. Non smoking. The room next to it was a smoking room, and the smoke came in through the attached bathroom vent. We ran the vent constantly to help, but it didn’t stop it all. The kind mattress needs tossed. It’s like sleeping on a concrete slab. The ice machine had a tray under it that was covered in mold. The chlorine was so strong in the pool that our bathing suits still smell like it even after laundering. The clerk didn’t seem too worried about our concerns. She just told me the first floor is smoke free but has no suites. Not much help. Very disappointed

The property was clean and convenient, staff were good, but other guests were hanging out in the lobby area late in the evening and returned early in the morning. Very rude individuals, just loud conversations with no consideration for other guest. Not the hotels fault, just typical behavior of northerners.

It was okay. Decent for the money.

Staff was friendly. Room needs updated . Carpet had rips and the tub had tear at the top near the ceiling.

Registration staff was wonderful with us and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is going to the Canton area and doesn't mind being out of the city. Strasburg is only 18 miles from Canton. The Ramada was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. We got extra shampoo and towels and garbage bags with no problem. The breakfast was a little underwhelming. Bagels Belgian waffles and cereal, milk juice, tea and coffee. I would have loved to have been served scrambled eggs and bacon or and toast, there was no bread. The location is very convenient. It sits between Family Dollar and McDonald's. Within a mile and a half there are plenty of places to eat. Rosalie's diner is one that I would definitely recommend. They also have a farmer's market and 77 North entrance is within a mile also. When my family comes back to Canton we will definitely be booking here again.

Definitely not going to come back. The room was pretty dirty when we first got there and just looked like they just put on new sheets and towels in the room. I had found trash in the ice bucket, around the beds and a few other places. When we were packing up, we even found an old dog toy underneath the bed. The beds felt like I was sleeping on concrete and could barely get any sleep. Plus, the pillows were basically travel pillows with no fluff in them. The pool was was kind of hazy and freezing and the hot tub was just lukewarm water and the jets barely worked. All the front desk receptionist were rude every time I had went up and asked them a question about something (only went up about 3 times my whole stay). I also couldn't even use the coffee maker in the room because it was very filthy. I definitely would not recommend going to this place and it's not worth paying $93/night. I stayed at better places for cheaper.

Im not sure why but i have requested a ground level room because of my walking disability but have been given a 2nd floor room my lastb2 stays. I would understand if the ground level rooms were all filled with others with disabilities also but what i saw were kids and young adults coming from the ground level room. I wont be patronizing this hotel again.

Hotel had NO one in it on Sunday when I informed that the vibration and noise in my room is unbearable and I can’t rest. She said- “oh it’s my dryers, they will stop in 6 min”. Yea right. Nothing done and dryers continued for the next three hours. Didn’t even suggest to move me. Terrible service / reaction. Pool was cold and hot tub matched.
