Very clean everyone very friendly

No smoking rooms

The room was very large.

The entire building smelt horribly of cigarette smoke and the pubs food gave me food poisoning.

It was clean and quiet and a great location to so much stuff

Someone set my door alarm off with the night desk clerk present on the floor. She said I didn’t know that the doors had alarms. I told her it was my travel alarm. My room was 107 right next to the desk and my alarm sounds so loud you would think someone pulled the fire alarm. She said she didn’t hear it or see anyone in the hallway. I traveled with my 16 year old granddaughter so I checked out immediately. I didn’t think we were safe at all.

After the check in the employees were very nice.

We wanted to use the hot tub but only one jet was working and there was filth at the water line as if it was NEVER cleaned. There was dirty water in the coffee maker.

No water, decaf coffee at breakfast . Had to ask for syrup

Bed sheet was dirty. Blood spot on sheet. Requested clean sheets.

This location is right near the exit of the Interstate, which is convenient. I was surprised that there were railroad tracks behind the location, but at night, you couldn't hear if trains went by. My room was an ADA room, and every comfortable.

There was mold on the shower head. The tub had no transfer bench. There was no place near the tub to hang a towel within reach.

Breakfast was good. Would liked to have seen a better selection but it was good.

I thought I had booked a different room. Wasn't really happy with size of room. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working. Staff switched it out with a different one that worked a little better. Tried to use the hot tub both nights of our stay and was unable to enjoy because it immediately started to foam up. They put the foam away chemicals in it the first night which helped the foaming but when we got in it the chemicals made our skin burn and tingle. That was what I was mast looking forward to on my stay here.

Had to clean drawers before putting away clothes and feet stuck to bathrooms floor other then that it was okay

Check in lady wasn't very helpful didn't tell us that they had carts for luggage watched my husband make several trips up and down getting all of our things when we arrived never said anything. I have a broken foot it could have been real helpful to have a cart don't have any photos
