On the way up the stairs there was pee on the second flight. When we entered the room we were roaches running in and out of the floor boards, and mouse poop on the floor in the bathroom accompanied by black mold. To top it off the toilet was not what I would call clean. We left within mins of checking in.

This is not a well maintained property. Tub is worn out, hotplates don't work, old mattress, and roaches. Ok for what we needed.

Terrible, amd to complete the combo, they dont allow me to extend the reservation, they dont say any reason just that the system says that. And also they says that I was banned and apply to all Hometownes. I ask for explanation and the manager in rude mode just told me that they don't know. In addition they has still 100 dollars from the security deposit and the U C F location has 50 without pay me back. If you dont have that money even if the reservation is paid, they dont give you the room, but to deposit the money back they take to long , I want my money and explanation why I was banned.

All good until crawling into bed. Something was wrong. If you lay perfectly centered in the bed you could avoid rolling onto the floor on either side. Felt like a thin mattress, no box spring, balanced on a ridge pole.

Home Town Studios has friendly and helpful staff , comfortable rooms that are close to popular eateries and local transportation. I am always greeted by name and made to feel welcome.

Lights were flickering, bed felt like there was dead body in the middle. Wife and I were in town for business but couldn't sleep properly. We tried peeking under the mattress but there was nothing there. Staff charged me a deposit for each of the 3 stays we made. They were back to back but all in the same room. At first staff wanted to move us to another room, but then decided to keep us there in the windowless tiny studio.
Also said that towels could only be replaced within the first two days and then we would have to provide our own towels.

This property needs to be torn down, a lot has changed in the past years, this place has become a true roach motel. This property is dirty, the staff was friendly and helpful however the state of things for this place it needs to be demolished.

This place needs work. experienced alot of roaches and other bugs. the microwave was rusted out from inside and the sink was clogged. The bed is way past its due date, springs completely out of shape, sheets and pillows were dirty with very old stains.

The room had leaking water underneath the kitchenette sink and roaches crawling around. We tried to change rooms but I was told there were none available. The AC hardly worked. They took care of the water leak the next day and refunded me 2 days stay for the roaches.

It was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had in a motel it had so many cockroaches that it was disgusting we had moved the fridge out and it had a roach box for cockroaches it hadn't been changed in for God knows how long I even have pictures, the floors are never clean there was smears and smudges all over the walls, they neglected to tell me that the deposit that I paid would not be returned to my card for 3 to five business days which again was never mentioned upon checking in. They also charged me $20 late fee for leaving 20 minutes late. I would definitely never ever referral this motel to anyone and I would take it off of your recommendation list if I were you,

Very loud voices were heard outside our door during the early hours of the morning. It felt unsafe. We booked 2 nights and we checked out early the next morning. We did not get a refund for the second night.
