The hotel needs a major update. Small room with large bulky old furniture. Carpet was dirty. The shower curtain was pink on the bottom with mildew. Room had a musty smell. Accommodation is adequate for one night, and one night only. I do not recommend.

I've stayed here in the past, and even left a positive review a few years ago. This property has changed since then, and I doubt I'll stay here in the future. Why?
My bed was obviously older. Not at all firm or flat. The pillows were also flat.
They did install USB charging stations, but the one next to the bed had obviously bed taken apart by a previous guest and was worthless.
The in-room coffee was okay, but nowhere near a plug. I had to move the actual machine to plug it in.
The tub and shower area was not cleaned properly since the last guest. Multiple hairs and dirt.
The worst was my HVAC. They have a non window based unit, and mine had to be set to the lowest temperature and high fan setting to get any cool air. It was very loud (think freight train) and rattled. The air vents were also very dusty. I'm honestly surprised nobody around me complained, as my TV also had to be turned up.
Did I complain while I was there? No. Why not? They were completely booked, so any chance of being moved was zero. Plus, I was only in town for a little over a day.
Historically, a decent hotel for the budget traveler. Now? Not so much. I'm disappointed, as they are in a good location.

Woke up to no water. No shower, no flushing, no basic hygiene care. We were Credited only $15. Not appropriate.
Given wrong room at check-in. Understandable mistake as husband’s name is common. Situation was corrected.
Paid extra fee for having our little dog with us, but there was no pet-walking area; just parking lot.

Got to hotel checked in went to room keycard open —- someone’s luggage was in the suite I had reserved months ago. Went to fro t desk, had to wait - other customers waiting, employee didn’t know what to do calls manager. I ask for any room with two beds or two rooms with one bed - nothing. I checked into to get ready for a really important event that I had paid a lot of money for. I was late, not in the right outfit, and had no time to - just get ready and then was late by two hours to event. Still no room. Left event and went back to hotel. I had paid for a sweet and I got the smaller dirties room EVER. Never stay at choice inn. I don’t even know how I missed the name from their last flub up in a trip I took to Salt Lake City.

We booked two rooms. Requested top floor. Upon checkin, the first room we walked in to was sweltering hot with no a/c. The only thing was a table top fan on the table that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The second room was still dirty at check-in. Went back to the desk and we were moved, both rooms, from the third floor down to the second floor. One of the rooms had something leaking from the ceiling tile which was very soggy/soaked and sagging and the floor was soaking wet. I went back down to the desk and I was told Maintenance would be up to fix it. At this point, we were already running 45 minutes behind so I insisted we get ANOTHER room. Back up to the third floor. All seemed to be okay until we all came back for the night. Tried using the microwave and blew the breaker in the room so another trip down at midnight to get it fixed. At this point all we could do was laugh. What else could go wrong? Well, as soon as it was bed time the ceiling where the cool air blows started dripping and by morning the floor was wet. This was absolutely the worst stay I have ever booked. None of the 5 rooms we were in were particularly clean. Vents full of dust (I have photo’s). Hair in the sink, tooth paste still dried on the counter, food left in the fridge….. and of course the dirty room all together. I will never recommend the Econolodge in Missoula! Ever. The fact that the owner, I am assuming, acted unphased about it was very unprofessional. No bueno!

Appears they remodeled some pieces of building. We had a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 teens. It was VERY cramped. Too much furniture. Bathroom was tiny and not clean. Smelled like mildew. Pink and green mold was visible around the bathtub fixtures. Hair and dirt on the floor. I would not stay here again.

Checked into this facility and less than ten minutes later made it into the room. Pulled the sheet back and it was completely covered in body hair and bodily fluid stains. Immediately returned to the office and did not receive further assistance and chose to check out and bite the cost. The room was disgusting, definitely not worth the money and won’t be returning. Elevator was broken, AC didn’t work, the list goes on. Wouldn’t even consider it for a free night.

This was a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay near the Missoula airport. Our only complaint was that the room was quite warm, and we were unable to adjust the thermostat to a temperature we were comfortable with.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It was 100 degrees the day we checked in to our hotel with two toddlers that we paid $233 dollars for. The first red flag was the miserable woman (manager) at the front desk. She obviously hates her job as she never one time cracked a smile or said anything friendly. We get into our room and we are met with a box fan blowing 90 degree temperatures at the highest level in our faces. I checked to see if the AC was on, which it said it was, and we got out of there right away to hopefully let it cool down. Two hours later we came back and it was just as hot. Our friends room, one floor below, was a comfortable temperature as the AC was obviously working. I called to the front desk, where I was told they could accommodate me by coming upstairs to open the window for me. When I reminded the clerk that it was over 100 degrees outside he said he could bring me a fan, which I alerted him that we also already had. This hotel staff gave me and my children this unbearably hot room knowing the AC was broke which is why there was a fan to being with. Our friends room did not have a fan in his. I went to the desk to ask for another room and they were sold out and at no point could the clerk look me in the eye and tell me they would make it right. Needless to say, the four of us stayed in our friends room, meant to accommodate four or less.
