We had a wonderful one-night stay! Decided to stop for the night and we were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is well-kept, service was excellent and the room very comfortable. The wine and cheese was an amazing addition! We would highly recommend this hotel.

Really liked the room. Especially the desk Only complaint was that we couldn’t use the safe and we wanted to. It needed 3 batteries and none were there. Otherwise we really liked the room. 311

Called & asked for early check in -1 hour. They didn’t note that for housekeeping and said -“sorry we didn’t know”. So I changed to my event clothes in the public bathroom. UGH - 1 hour seriously??

We were fortunate to be able to book a room during Packer Season! We have stayed at the Kress a number of times and have always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spotless, the linens are beautiful, and the finishes in the rooms are beautiful. The fresh cookies at the front desk are a nice touch.

Overall just an outstanding facility. From attentive and knowledgeable staff to room size, furnishings and cleanliness just excellent. The two sinks and custom bathroom mirror are a nice added bonus. Only downside was the lightly equipped work out room.

This place is truly lovely and well-maintained! There are numerous eateries within walking distance, a lovely river walk and park on the other side of the bridge........it is really fantastic. My usual bug is - no bathtub......... Part of my expected vacation experience, but apparently not part of most hotels anymore :(

One of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. Very homey feel. My room was exceptional. My only very minor complaint is you have to park across the street. Breakfast was good and even included kringle! Very clean, quiet room. Plenty of power outlets.

We LOVE staying here! Whenever we come into town for the Green Bay Packer events, this is our first choice. It is a wonderful small hotel located within walking distance of a beautiful campus of St. Norbert's. The staff is very kind and helpful providing many little perks that add to the attraction of the hotel's atmosphere.

We were pleased with our room at Kress. It was spacious, clean and in a walkable location. We enjoyed the food, service and outdoor (dog-friendly) seating around the corner at The Abbey. Theres a beautiful park walkable, across the bridge for a bit of exercise.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at - so convenient and safe. The room he'd 6 windows and all opened. DePere is a wonderful town on the mouth of the Fox River and the hotel sits on the St. Norbert College campus. I will go out of my way to stay at The Kress Inn again!

Front desk unmanned when we arrived. No bell or anything, so just had to wait, but not terribly long. Rooms are nice and roomy. Love the two separate vanity areas. Bed a bit firm for me, but I like a really soft mattress. Only issue was the people out at the tables in front, right under our windows (suite 204), were loud and kept us up.
