Very clean, large and comfortable room. I appreciated that it had both a refrigerator and a microwave. My only complaint is that it’s a bit noisy. We could hear people snoring either above or next to us! I would stay here again. It’s affordable and centrally located to the USMA and local sites. Staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to recommend the perfect spot for a family picture by the river. It was scenic and private-no one was there but us!

Love the location. A little out of the way, but it is a nice drive up the mountain. Front desk was fantastic, as well as other staff. Room was clean and the hallway was quiet. Only complaint was the lackluster breakfast.

the property of the holiday INN express was so wonderful so clean. the rooms where so clean and so nice. the bed was so comfortable. the staff was absolutely amazing. the only thing the TV for the size of the room was small. other than the TV everything about the holiday inn was amazing.

I accidentally booked the wrong type of room &the Front Desk was SO pleasant about correcting my error. Had the new room key in her hand when I got off the elevator. Room was clean. Only issue was the mattress could have been updated. Thi shotel had THE best complimentary breakfast we have ever had. My son is super picky and he found several items he enjoyed! We would stay here again for sure!
