Everything was good except I thought parking should be free

Fair priced. Convenient to mountain but not the town center. Good breakfast. It is ridiculous that they charge for parking if you book with 3rd party. Lot was empty and the mountain doesn’t even charge to park for skiing.

Loved everything except breakfast ended at 9:00 which I thought was too early.

Property was very dated and dirty. Thankfully the bed and bedding were clean but everything else was grimy. Door to the bathroom was so squeaky my husband had to grease it each day. Carpet was loose and a trip hazard. Bathtub didn’t drain properly. Big, beautiful windows in the lobby but you couldn’t enjoy the view as the seal is cracked between the panes and there was so much condensation you couldn’t see out well enough to enjoy the view. The building has good bones but needs a total overhaul and employees who care about cleanliness and upkeep. Free breakfast was awful and should not be considered a benefit to staying here. Night crew at the hotel consisted of one or two employees and 5-10 of their closest friends partying and drinking in the lobby each evening. Thankfully we spent most of our time exploring the beauty of Montana. Would not stay here again even if the price was 80 percent lower.

Great stay, easy check in. Room was clean and comfy. Free breakfast was good, the raspberry pastry was my favorite. The view of mountains was beautiful. Only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping, ski lifts.

This was a very tired hotel in dire need of upgrading. It felt more like a Motel 6, which i didn't expect in this beautiful resort area. The staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly but the hotel itself was a real disappointment.

Walls are thin and I could hear everything- neighboring rooms, parking lot, hallway. Lucky it was a quiet day or it would have been harder to sleep. Room was clean. Breakfast could use more gluten free options. Walking distance from lifts.

Great location, room size, location, and beds. Room was a little worn, broken toilet seat, taped tile, and sinks that did not drain properly. Pretty good breakfast. However, hidden fee of $12 per day for parking. A mixed bag, but still a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Great staff, mediocre accommodations in need of updates. Obnoxiously loud AC unit on exterior can be heard from over 100 yards away which really interferes with the tranquility of the area.

Staff had trouble with english and most I interacted with didn't even know how to work the computers. I was asked by night staff to try working with the morning shift, as they were the only ones who knew how to use the reservation system in the computer. A lot of gotcha charges. To use their laundry facilities cost $14 per load.
