Very mixed feelings about this place..like high highs and almost as low as you can get bad. The price was nice. The red-haired woman at check-in late Friday night/early Saturday morning and the young man Saturday evening were both extremely pleasant. The woman in charge of breakfast on Sunday was absolutely terrific, the best-- attentive and went out of her way to be kind. Breakfast Sunday was amazing. Saturday breakfast and the woman at the front desk Saturday and Sunday morning was a little bit blah. Her phone was WAY more important than guests. Elevator sounds a little wonky 50% of the time. Room and lobby were very clean and obviously newly updated-- very nice! Sink wall in room was a tad dirty. Beds were very comfy. Now... it was the worst pool and hot tub I've ever seen. I couldn't stop thinking about it the whole 4 hour drive home. How in the world does THIS go unnoticed by any staff. Front desk lady said the maintenance people were not there Sunday. Saturday morning it was pretty cloudy, the hottub was warm but jets didn't work. The pool was packed Saturday evening( we did not get in then). There is no way any employee looked in the pool area between close and opening( 10 pm- 6 am). Who knows how long the levels have been checked. This picture was Sunday morning around 9:30. Kids were in there. I am sick to my stomach that my child was breathing the same air.... let alone even in the pool water. I don't like to make a scene, but the level of unbothered was

The hotel was fine, and room was great except for cabinet unhinged in front of refrigerator. However, the grounds were in really bad shape, from landscaping along entrance and parking to construction debris, metal containers in the back areas.

Wasn't really much for breakfast, the jacuzzi didn't work plus their was some issues with the shower spraying outside the tub and the faucet being crooked. But the staff was excellent, very helpful and nice.

They are in the tail end of finishing renovations but that did not impact our stay. We had a late check in and the front desk staff were very polite and professional. The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. I would stay here again.

The staff were all incredibly lovely. That being said, their were several dirt stains on my kids' sheets and the bath tub was peeling and had rusty mildew looking gunk growing between the peeling tub and the temporary slip mat they placed down. The pool area was clean enough but definitely overall run down. They are currently renovating which we understand, but the areas not-under-construction were damp and dingey. It was fine for two nights but not somewhere i feel is worth the money or i would run to return to.

Alex at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect! The beds were extremely comfortable! The hotel is under construction and I can understand disarray comes with that, but construction stuff was scattered everywhere. There was even a tarp on the ground at the entrance we had to step over. The elevator was very loud and sounded like it was going to break at any minute. The original room we checked into was a king and when we got in the room, it was extremely muggy and warm. We turned the air on and and left and when we returned, it was still hot and the air conditioner was making a ridiculous noise. There was hair in several spots on the bathroom floor when we got there, and there was only an outlet on one side of the bed, which didn't work for us because we needed outlets for two sleep machines. When I called down to the front desk, Alex graciously got me into a new room and even brought me up the keys. I was moved to a double queen room, and there were enough outlets in the middle to run both machines and our cell phones. The rooms look like they had been newly renovated, but things were put back together, very sloppy. The toilet paper holder was falling apart. The cabinet door to our fridge cabinet didn't close and you could tell the carpets just don't get regularly vacuumed along the ledges and in the corners especially in the bathroom. For the price I paid, I had higher expectations for this facility.

This room was incredible. I loved the office deak area with sitting area. The bathroom was wonderful. Thr lobby/rwgiatration area waa still under consteuxtion but it was fine. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Wonderful place to stay, hotel Is still undergoing renovations and the elevator is quite an interesting experience. All the staff were quite friendly and helpful and we heard nothing from our room. Room was spacious and quiet with comfortable beds

Overall property is very good. We’ve stayed here quite a few years prior to Covid. This is first time post covid. Room was nice but bathroom door handle needed fixing. Housekeeping didn’t make room up one day. Receptionist folding sheets/towels at front desk which we found strange. Breakfast items slim pickings due to baseball tournaments over the weekend.

The check in attendant was so kind at 10:30 pm when I showed up late at night. He asked if I was there for MSU graduation & I said yes. I felt like he was excited for me! The room was clean & comfortable, the breakfast was warm and fast, and the pool & hot tub made my daughter & I so happy after a very long few days. I was very impressed all the way around!
