The staff is always helpful here. This is an older hotel in small town Mexico, so that should temper expectations of guests. Some parts could use an update, especially adding air conditioning to the rooms.

At the property, we needed tours, Cesar was pleased to help us out. We needed a Dr. because my wife got sick and Cesar, Jaraby, Yasca, Araceli and Victor were actually eager to help. They hustled to get a Dr to the hotel after hours . Within an hour, a Dr had seen my wife. We are so impressed and moved by the actions by these folks. We are extremely happy to of met them all. Each one of these people played a role in helping us get through any and all issues. Thank you, thank you, thank you all for all your help and support. These guys are awesome!

Some of the staff was nice but others were not. We asked the lady at the receptionist for an extra blanket, it was always on the way and it never made it to our room. The first day we also took the wrong way in the hotel and couldn’t find the exit, when asked a laundry worker he just told us it was the wrong way but did not care to give us directions. The hotel is far from the downtown as well which we didn’t like.

Look. If I had VIP benefits, I couldn't tell. The wifi was terrible so I couldn't use the TV or my phone without difficulty. The coffe in the room was sun-par and only free one night. The people were, however, very helpful.

I stayed there for two weeks. Easy to move around. Hotel is a little dated (part of the charm) and very clean. I was mostly satisfied with the extremely professional, friendly staff. I most mention the following things for your consideration. First, Hotel has very thin walls … you can hear everything from the hallway and the rooms next door. This didn’t bothered me, but you most know. Also, the walking distance to the center (where all action happens) is about 15-20 minutes. If you want to stay there late at night you most take transportation back to the hotel (is safest) and for me in two weeks it added up $ (add these to your budget)

Great hotel. Great food, service and cleanliness. The only 2 negative things I would point out is that the hotel does not have an elevators nor does it have a thermostat in the rooms. Other than these to issues I would recommend this hotel.

Very attractive rooms, great staff, easy parking and close to downtown and shopping. The only downside was the lack of heat in the room. It gets close to freezing at night and it can get a bit chilly in the room. I travel with a small space heater when in the Altiplano but others should be advised.
Also, the breakfast Buffet was marginal. No eggs, no sausages, and the Mexican dishes were not very tasty.

Really nice rooms a little outside of town, with free secure parking. Perfect for a road trip. The thing that was great was the staff. They accidentally double charged me, and I would not have noticed until I got back from vacation. They alerted me to the mistake and corrected it immediately. I really appreciate their service and honesty, they went the extra mile.
