Charming hotel that combines the culture of Mexico with the international vibe of the city. Simple, yet it has everything you need - friendly service, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and reliable wifi. Sure, a little "rustic", but it also makes it charming.

The property has plants and trees within an atrium. Old style comfort and great location within city. Staff was more than helpful. Jose was very helpful in assisting with all our touring plans

Its a beautifull hotel in a great location.Staff were super helpful and friendly.I was sick my first day there and they even offer to go to the pharmacy for me.
Only negative thing i would say is that my room was close to the stairs and reception ,so almost every morning got awaken up at 5/6am by people leaving the hotel or the cleaners strating their shift. But not the hotels fault. All in all ,stayed was great.i would highly recomended.

The hotel is very close to everything, it has parking two blocks away from the building. The staff was very helpful & nice, our room has two nice beds and was very clean including the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights but the second one we didn’t sleep at all because of the fireworks of a nearby church (its started al 8pm lasting to 1am and again started al 5am). This was the 3 time si SCC and this hotel is the best over the other 2. In general I recommend it.

The property is located in a very good location for toursits new to the area. Everything is literally walking distance from the hotel. The website despcription specifies that they have free parking. The parking lots are no where near the hotel. This a an issue becuase the raods are very reduced in this area. Also, the wifi signal to the room was very poor. I did not receive any signal throughout my stay. The conditions to the room was subpar. The fantasric part about this trip was the staff. Check in service was great. Staff helped carry luggage which was phenomal. Overall, the staff was the highlight of my stay here.

We arrived around 9pm, had a few delays en route, had no issues getting checked in. The garden courtyard leading to our room had some work going on but was still beautiful. We found a great restaurant next door, funky burrito, for my first night ever in Mexico it could not have been better. I felt welcomed by everyone I encountered, after most were sceptical of my girlfriend and I travelling though Mexico by ourselves. The hotel is just a block away from the street markets and many restaurants, coffee shops, and culture. We didnt make it to it, being on a tight schedule, but there was a carnival of sorts with a Ferris wheel as well. I would love to make it back to San Cristrobal for a longer time I would stay here again.

It was great expect for Saturday night because our room shared a wall with a bar that was playing club music until 5AM.

The hotel is in a great location, the bathroom was not entirely clean when we got there but we let the management know and they cleaned it right away. The restaurant offers very good breakfast items.Every one was friendly and helpful and the hotel has a nice mexican vibe.

We never stayed in the main hotel with the desk but instead across the street. Was perfect we were the only ones there we seen all the rooms every style is very nice. The court yard is nice to wake up to and open the patio doors in the morning and get some early fresh air. Was great location main square was a 4 minute walk max. And in the other direction it's a quick stroll to a huge outdoor market. This place was just perfect though. The interaction with did have with the staff was very helpful (we removed the pipe under the sink because the girlfriend dropped her bracelet in there. Offered to pay for silicone to seal it back up and they just said no worries they will fix it no extra charge. Rooms were very clean from the three we seen.

This hotel was perfect for the time and place. It was situated near cathedral but it was not noisy. The rooms are small and get sunlight and that was perfect because it was so cold when I visited. The staff was great, and helpful in every way. I generally dont trust reception area hotel safes but this hotel had them arranged in a very secure area and they were very thick and secure. The only negative I can think of is that the TVs are really very small.
