This apartment hotel is conveniently located near King Avenue Mall. While the hotel has a bit of an older charm, it is well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was good and sufficient, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They even upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment and suggested an earlier breakfast to accommodate our flight schedule. Overall, it offers great value for money!

We stayed high up in one of the blocks. The sound pollution from the technica roof in combination with an outdated air-conditioning system made it impossible to have a normal conversation without shouting. Sleeping was out of the question.

A very pleasent stay from check in to check out.
Rooms were comy, clean and spacious. Well equiped for self catering but we had B&B and ate out in the evenings.
A well situated hotel and walking distance to the harbour.
We had a dissabled member in our group and the hotel catered very well for her, the only thing was there was no access into the pools but apart from that the staff couldnt do enough for her.
Overall a very nice weekend stay, will be returning if we are in Paphos sgain.

We had a lovely stay here. The complex is really nice with 3 pools so it was never too busy. Our apartment was spacious and very clean. The staff were really helpful and polite. The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from a bus station with a great bus service all around the island.
There are various room choices (we had pool view) but I think if you had a room facing the road, it might be a bit noisy?
I would definitely come here again.

It's ok but there are few problems. First one is the weat WiFi sign. You can't get WiFi in the room just if you are going down to the hall.
The second is there was a program in the hotel (bingo or something like that) but the end of this was 11pm. I couldn't rest..
But the location is good, clean room and nice staff

We had a studio for two adults and a child (on extra-bed) first. And the first night, after the late arrival, we could not sleep because of the road construction started at seven. The receptionist could at least have warned us or offered another room. If he cared just a bit.
The next day we went to the reception and they offered us options: ground floor rooms to the parking noisy street or update for 20€ a day, to get a “superior room”. “The superior room” was one-bedroom apt facing trash bins. But at least you can sleep there, from midnight, because of the hotels entertainment finishes around midnight, till morning. Otherwise you sleep from midnight to seven (road construction) or when the noisy street gets busy. It’s a charming place, be prepared if you don’t like karaoke nights:) maybe people sleep with closed windows and aircon, but the conditions are very old and noisy.
The regular beds were comfy, but our got a sofa-bed and it was terrible. They put non-fitted sheet directly on (shabby) sofa, without protector, and it slides away all the time.
Breakfasts are ok, but dirty dishes is just normal situation there. They don’t even remove the entire tray of dirty glasses if you tell them, but instead put paper cups beside. Every day.

Just spent 5 nights at this hotel. It did not disappoint. Location was really convenient - walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and shopping mall. Also good transport links to Harbour, airport and Coral Bay.
Ideal for families, although good mixed of couples too. This is a no frills hotel, that’s good value for money. Food was decent enough. Enjoyed our stay here. It was easy and laid back.

Condos are in an ideal location, close to the beach and attractions. Breakfast is well worth the money and has an array of foods to choose from. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful. They have a mini market on site which is very handy if you need anything last min needs. My only complaint is that housekeeping staff come right in your room after just knocking once. I had several times where they walked in when I was in the bathroom or on the phone.

The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, especially around premium lodges. I have spent hours explaining to the receptionist that we need one more blanket instead of a cover. The air conditioner was not working; it was resolved in the next 12h. I would not recommend taking meal plans with the room. Over 10 day stay, we were served rotten chicken three days in a raw: over dinner and lunch. The restaurant manager does not have communication skills except for making overall scandal next to all restaurant guests, humiliating 60-year-old women who were all-inclusive. After this incident, my mum and her friend with diabetes and heart issues refused to attend lunches and dinners, and the holiday mood was ruined.
(The restaurant manager behaved very abruptly, causing two women emotional shock that ended up taking calming medication to put the pressure down. The reason for this humiliation was two rooms, half and full board, sat around one table, where mum and her friend put their drinks in the middle of the table, as tables were small. The restaurant manager made a whole drama at the restaurant following his assumptions that the number of guests was stressed from the conversation (My mum and her friend received some courtesy from restaurant guests after they left the premises)). Unfortunately, every day, when both ladies came again to the restaurant, the manager continuously pointed his finger at them, making them feel like plebeians among Roman citizens.

Beautiful premier large room at the quieter back of the site. Well equipped with welcome gift. Only point was said it was 'mountain view' Bit misleading..I'd say inland view since mountains only just visible behind buildings!!

Very warm welcome. The apartment was nice and clean. The air-con wasn’t very effective though and took a long time to cool the rooms. More amenities in the bathroom would have been nice rather than just two small bars of soap. For the price however, it was more than adequate and I’d definitely book to stay here again.

I was in a premier room which was really well appointed and included mini fridge, complementary fruit bowl, wine, bottled water, slippers, towel dressing gown and hot drinks-making. However it was very hot and if you opened the window or the small balcony door the traffic on the main Tombs of the Kings Road road was loud despite being on the 3rd floor. There were a couple of issue I raised on leaving, (no water at midnight and a hygiene one). Not 5* but my short stay was good overall. The welcome was good and breakfast buffet excellent.
