what I like about the property is that it is near Landbank which is a walking distance. Also the familiarity with the property because it is where I have been staying everytime I have seminars at Landbank.

Its tranquillity, greenery and gentle breeze in a very hectic, polluted district. The simple yet spacious rooms and communal areas are another attraction. I stayed here happily in 1995 and little has changed, save the new high rise that now surround it. A final positive aspect - for me at least - is that fellow guests are not here for sleaze.

I usually stay at Pension Natividad for convenience, the place is just walking distance to my work related trip. I can stay in a cheaper place but what I always prefer staying here for the availability of a room for one/two person/s. No problem with cleanliness.

Let's start by the good aspects: the hotel manager was very friendly and tried to help you the best he could. They have a small à la carte food service, acceptable prices and with good quality. The worst part has to do with my experience: on the first night, I was sent to a room that should not be rented to anyone! It was close to an air venting unit and I could hardly sleep during the night, due to the constant noise. After complaining, they moved me to another room. I just don't understand why was I sent to that first room, if there were so many other rooms available. The manager was well aware of this problem and instantly gave me a few options. The second night was a lot better, the bed was comfortable and the fan was efficient. The local area does not feels safe at dark.

The hotel offers security and cleanliness. This time I stayed in an air con room and feel that the more economical rooms are better. There was no cleaning of my room.The bed sheet was old and didn't stay on the bed, so I spent most of my two nights sleeping on an ancient vinyl covered foam mattress. And, they don't automatically give soap along with the towells (100P deposit). Finally, I never received my requested 6AM wake up call.

I have stayed at Pension Natividad several times coming and going out of Manila. It is superclean and very safe especially with the free lockers in the lobby. The location is great being one block away from the Manila Bay boardwalk, and a 5 minute walk from Robinsons and the UBE bus to the airport. It would be better to have wifi in the rooms but they would have to charge more. I'll go again.

The room was cozy and clean. Located near Robinson mall and Manila Bay. Very convenient location it was. The staffs were friendly and kind. Good pension for it's rate.
