The hotel building was modern as was the furniture in the room. There was no one on the desk until 2pm so trying to request early check in at 1pm when i arrived was impossible. I requested extra pillows as my daughter, partner and I all use 2 plus the pillows supplied were as flat as a pancake. They could not supply enough to fulfill this request because they wer fully booked. The room itslef was hotter than the sun, we turned off the heating and opened the window, i did eventually cool daown at 2am when i woke up now freezing! The shower only half worked and was not hot. They only gave us 2 mugs for 3 people in the room. The mirror situation for 2 females trying to get ready was rediculous, one full size by the door in an unlit area, the bathroom one which was steamed up and a small one on the wall by the tv also badly lit and required standing to be used. Not great overall, if they had a little more attention to detail it has the potential to be an ok hotel.

First room I was shown was mouldy and smelt awful, the lovely girl at the reception found me a new room. The lamps didn’t work properly and the bathroom could do with some attention! Overall wasn’t too bad.

The room was disabled room and there was constant noise from something next door it may have been a lift or electric box but it kept waking me up. Reception lady was lovely when I booked in though and very helpful. There was mould in room in corner and I could smell it too.

Off the beaten path We needed a room with a shower, clean sheets and quiet. That’s what we got. No frills. Have to walk next-door to McDonald’s or a truckstop for food but the food’s pretty good there. This is basically a place to sleep and go on about your business after you have done so. With that in mind, it was a good price and it was clean

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in; for a variety of reasons: The bathroom was so unclean, I didn't want to leave my toothbrush in it. The location is wrong on hotels.com; it's actually in a layby on the M27. The only walkable 'restaurant' is the McDonalds in the services. The door to my room looked like it had been broken down and the wood was cracked, and the lock had clearly been moved. The bed has no outlets beside it, and when looking for them I discovered a bunch of tissues from a previous occupant under the mattress.
