We LOVED H21 and wished we could stay longer! From the warmest welcome by Pablo to the absolutely perfect architectural and design choices to every thoughtful touch throughout both the space and the experience, every single detail was executed perfectly. Comfortable, large, modern, well equipped room. Staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Located on a side street behind the church on Coyacán's main square, it is very convenient to great restaurants and all Coyacán has to offer. Definitely would stay there again.

Our stay at H21 was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, serene, clean and well designed with a lot of attention to detail. Great location to explore Coyoacan and other areas in México City. The staff is wonderful. They are attentive and helpful. It was such a great experience that it was hard to leave. We can’t wait to return.

Stunning property. We wish we had more days to enjoy it. The staff were incredibly accommodating - from making sure my in-laws got a first floor room because of knee issues, to providing a continental breakfast for our group at 5am before our flight. We highly recommend staying here if you are on Mexico City.

Absolutely perfect! The rooms were very comfortable, large, and well appointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The lounge/snack area was an unexpected bonus. The place is also beautiful inside with natural gardens growing everywhere. It was an amazing stay for our family of four with two teenagers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coyoacan!

This is one of the best hotels ever! Amazing customer service, such a good location and the rooms are lovely. Ours had its own outdoor area. The refreshments and food in the morning were a lovely touch. We would stay again here next time we visit Mexico City. Perfect location for exploring the local area

This hotel was our favorite during our time in Mexico City. The location was great, close to many activities including the market and Frida Kahlo house. Staff was outstanding and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, surprising us with a hand written thank you note delivered with a lovely tea tray our last evening. Little thoughtful touches like that as well as a beautiful decorated room made a trip extra special.

Amazing! The location, the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, but most importantly the hospitality were incredible. We had a couple people that were ill and they were able to accommodate us with an early check in and even helped my wife track down some medication. A member of the staff actually drove her to a doctor and helped her navigate the system to get some medication. We have never experienced such wonderful service in all our travels. The town is lovely with so many cafes, amazing street food, green spaces and tons of history- we preferred it to the more gentrified areas of Roma Norte and Condesa. It’s a boutique hotel, so if they have space available, book it! You will be happy you did!
