The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was great! We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay! Thank you.

Our weekend stay was wonderful. Hampton Inn gave us a jumping off point to easily explore the Seaport, North End, Quincy Market and Downtown Crossing. Breakfast in the morning was solid, the self checkout for snacks and ready-made meals was incredibly helpful, and the staff were lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

I did not care for the valet parking only option for $60 per night, which is outrageous. Most Hampton Inns that I have stayed at did not have this restrictions, that is why I always stay at Hampton Inn hotels.

When I booked I asked for rooms next to each other. They did not accommodate the request. Though I was polite, the desk person was clearly not happy to be doing her job and right away we felt unwelcome. The pool room is tiny and the water has too many chemicals. It burned to swim. My mom was having trouble using a self pay kiosk to buy $8 water and the service person rolled her eyes and scoffed at her when helping. For the $660 we gave them at check in we would expect kindness to be included.

I stayed one night at the Hampton Inn in Seaport as part of a business trip, and I had a smooth stay. The room was clean, and the furnishings felt updated and comfortable. The room temperature was easy to operate, and the check in/out process was quick. My room on the eighth floor had a pretty nice view of Summer Street and the adjacent channel. Very easy to walk around the area and there’s a less expensive parking garage not too far from the hotel.

Great hotel with some great amenities. We enjoyed The food served at night and in the morning. Nice view from the room and within a reasonable 2-3 mile distance to Quincy market and TD garden.
I do wish they had music in the pool area.
Hotel Staff was somewhat friendly.
Very nice valet staff.

The check in was fast, the room was clean, the staff very friendly. My only complaint was i was never asked if I was a Hilton points member at check in. I had gone thru Hotels.com, since it was cheaper than your website. When I did ask to be credited, I was. Your housekeepers were especially friendly and kind, please acknowledge them, they keep the place running.

Check in was fast but not personal at all. We stayed in a king room, the bottom sheet did not fit at all, we requested two flat sheets and they were delivered promptly. This is unacceptable to have sheets that do not fit the bed, it’s disgusting to think of sleeping on the mattress cover. The breakfast and staff were very nice and the food was great. Check out was efficient.

The hotel was beautiful and updated. When we arrived the staff welcomed us and quickly checked us in while answering questions about places to grab a late dinner and drinks. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had a variety of offerings. The room had a lovely view of the harbor.

Usually we book Hampton Inn because it has always been reliable for us in terms of room cleanliness and comfiest. We're generally not picky, especially on one night stays.
Checkin was first a little off putting, We were told they did not have a room with a king bed that we booked available, then after i declined a room with two beds the woman at the desk said "Actually we have a king bed here's your room". She was not rude, just not friendly.
Upon walking into the room, the carpet seemed to have been recently steamed or cleaned, the entire room smelled "wet" or "damp". It stayed that way the whole night. Our bathroom was not fully cleaned, it had someone else's hair all over the shower floor. The walls were incredibly thin as well, we could hear anyone walking down the hall even if they were just simply walking. We could hear almost every conversation in the rooms adjacent to us.
Our bed and pillows were also not comfortable at all, very worn out. Not our best stay, but not the worst either. For the price however, I'd suggest looking at the many other nearby hotels for a better experience.
I will say though that the manager was extremely kind when we ran into him, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also hot and ready at 5:30 am which was a huge plus!

Impressed with how quiet this place was—not true for another hotel in the area I also stayed in. Looked very new, clean, renovated. Hotel was full and very busy with a conference in town but there was still plenty for breakfast.

Hotel was fine. Two small surprises: Though advertised as an “airport hotel,” they have no shuttle, so tack on another $50-$60 to get to and from. Also, when I went down to meet a friend for dinner, the lobby reeked of marijuana. A guest finally told the offenders to clear out. Shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

I loved my stay here. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. My room was comfortable and had a harbor view. Breakfast buffet was good. Only slight negative was that our room wasn't ready for the 3pm check-in time. I would stay here again.

Location was fine parking was 60 bucks valet but I could not stay parked all day so after we checked out we had to find another parking garage and found a nice blood stain on our window after going to our second room because the front desk lady put us in a city view instead of a ocean view which I booked

Close to airport is the reason we originally picked it but the hotel was very nice and comfortable.

If you’d like to visit the South Seaport area this is the hotel to stay. It was immaculate and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The hot buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel was close to everywhere I needed to go. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to you for your next visit to South Boston.

Nice and clean hotel with a pool. We parked offsite about 5 min walk away. Expensive but cheaper than the valet.
Breakfast included which was handy and limited options nearby. A good walk into downtown which we knew and had prepared for. Walked and used Uber.
Room was a good size for a family. Beds comfy but mattress and linen were noisy when we moved in the night.
Clean and modern.

What a great location for this hotel. Safe to walk around the area and a good, hot breakfast every day. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are a little firm for my taste, but everything else in the room and lobby were great. Very nice staff members, too.
