Id really like to give this hotel a 10 out of 10.Really!
Its a great location, an upbeat feel and a European feel. The room is very clean and a European wet room style bathroom which is unique to Canada for a hotel. Everything about the accommodation was great. Even includes a kitchenette with everything you'd require including a full sized fridge. But here's where it turns sour...
1. I'm usually up around 7:30am but here it is almost 9:am and I'm exhausted as I haven't had a wink of sleep..There's a natural gas fitted heater I assume in the bathroom that's a bit loud but that doesn't hide the sound of someone in I'm guessing a room above that continuesly seemed to be walking around " all night long" and continuous opening and closing of doors. I'm a sound sleeper but this was horrendous as there doesn't seem like there's any sound insulation in this building. Would love to have come back to this hotel but unfortunately/ definitely won't because of this reason as I'm absolutely exhausted and of course wanted a great night's sleep as that's why of course we want in a hotel.
2. There's zero reception staff here which is unique and interesting but very glad I wrote down the codes to get into the building as well as the code to get into my room. If you forget to bring those details, boy I wouldn't know how to get in! I emailed them & phoned the night before arriving asking if I could get into my room early ( check in is at 3:pm) at 1:pm as I wanted to shower. No reply....

Liked having a kitchen. Didn't like all the stairs to climb and haul gear. Balcony was very tiny and looked out to a rooftop...not at all scenic.

Parking was a total mess after being told numerous times there would be plenty of parking for a larger vehicle. Only parking available had street people milling around the vehicles at night. The whole area for blocks do not allow overnight parking and parking meters have a max time of 2 hours. Zero help available from anyone after 6pm and overall condition of the hallways and rooms at this location were not comparable to other Micro Boutiques.

Very cute little place! Would definitely recommend and return!

Easy check-in/out. Information/directions were received at the right time. The place was clean and big enough. The fridge was nice to have, as was the coffee machine.
The bed was not very comfortable, but I have a bad back...my husband had no issues. I would recommend this place to friends.

No TV. They did come fix it but only when I asked for my money back.

The check in process was abysmal. I was given a room number via email with a code to enter to get in the door. Prior to my arrival they notified me twice by text indicating that the room number had changed. I arrived at roughly 7:30 pm and went to the last room number quoted and tried to enter the code- it wouldn’t work! After several tries, I attempted to notify them by email and no response was ever made. Eventually I found a number on their website for emergencies. The guy who answered was in an area where there was bad phone reception. He indicated that I had been given the number of a permanent resident’s suite and provided yet another (a fourth) room number.Again the code would not work - I kept trying. I could not reach the guy a second time and was about to leave when miraculously the code did work so I was able to enter the room. Overall the room was clean and comfortable albeit minute! It definitely would be a cute dorm room for a student.

The micro-suite was clean and well-appointed. Good location in the centre of the community; walkable. Sound insulation from corridor noise could be improved.

Late check in, they sent all info for check in, got to hotel and went in no issue. Clean, comfortable and a neat little setup.

Very nice room that had a small kitchenette. Place was easily accessible; had everything we needed! Will stay there again.

. We were in a handicapped room. Shower floor very slippery. Recommend some type of mat!! No coffee pouches on counter yet a coffee pot. Bed so close to air conditioning you couldn’t safely get out on that side. Murphy bed !
Very clean but with a virtual front desk no help!
Only 5 parking spots designated for hotel and not a great drop off area.

Overall, we had a great stay. Very clean, comfortable bed, lots of space for storage and we really liked having the kitchen. Only issue was that we were on the ground floor and looked on to a parking lot/back entrance of part of the building, so we couldn’t open open our blinds during at any time. This wasn’t a problem since we spent very little time there other then when sleeping.
