We loved the location 2 blocks from the park entrance and walking distance to everything in Condesa and Roma. We liked the safety of having a doorman, the great rooftop to enjoy, and nice, large, clean room with comfortable bed and with a fantastic shower! A little noisy due to being close to the freeway so bring ear plugs but not too bad. Breakfast is coffee and a pastry which you can enjoy on the rooftop or take to your room. Fantastic restaurant right across the street from the hotel and a wonderful bakery too. Would absolutely stay here again. Great value!

Our rooms were so clean and modern! A very comfortable and stylish place. The terrace is gorgeous and we enjoyed a complementary breakfast there every morning. Even though the hotel is right beside a roaring highway the rooms are entirely sound proof and we both slept very well. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Very handy to Chapultepec Park and the Anthropological Museum.
At the time of our stay the nearby subway was closed for repairs so we had to figure out the buses or take an Uber. It was challenging at first but we figured it out!

It was great, clean, spacious and air conditioned! Many reviews talk about the fact that it’s right by the highway but the noise was no issue for us.

For the price, it was great. Decent area and I did feel safe. Attendant would open and close the door for you, and security cameras. Although, I was there for 6 days and no one came to clean my room. I had to ask for trash bags and toilet paper. Breakfast isn’t good, just apples n bread and coffee.

On the plus side:
- Good standard on the apartment
- Clean
- Very good shower
- Friendly staff
- Good location and La Condesa in walking distance
- You can get a late check out if you pay a fee.
Things to think about:
- Hotel is located just by an Avenida with heavy traffic. However sound insulation have been made. You can still hear motor cycles, sirens etc.
- The hotel has a very noisy neighbour with a huge stereo playing music all day. This was the most annoying for me personally. They do shut down the music in the evening.
- No cleaning service after noon. Also they also change towels and make the bed.

The room was okay and reasonably clean. It’s right next to a very busy road though, which you hear all night long and made it difficult to sleep

Nice property, great location to visit Mexico City, easy walk to Chapultepec Park, as well as walkable to La Condesa, Roma Norte. Also after a long day, very nice roof deck was a good place to relax for a bit. Staff was friendly, felt safe and secure

There was a horrible smell that never left the Condo even with the windows open. It is right next to the park but we only visited once. The Condesa area has walkable restaurants and bars and just nicer. This place should not be considered Condesa! We arrived at night and it was a bit sketchy. No walkable restaurants near besides a bakery. Also we stayed 8 days and they probably came to clean once if that even though we asked multiple times. We constantly had ro be asking for towels.

I liked that it was walking distance from Chapultepec park, Esperanza bakery, and that the terrace offered coffee and baked goods and fruit. It was quiet and felt safe with the 24/7 door man and key codes for the unit. The only thing I would complain about is the amount of toilet paper, so I would recommend bringing your own. There is a little liquor store right outside that I am sure has some, I walked in to buy batteries but they did not have any, but there were other household goods. The beds were firm but I didn’t mind it. Overall wonderful experience, great stay for our group of 4 first visit to CDMX.

The rooftop terrace was beautiful, the morning coffee and pastries were wonderful, and everything was very clean! Our apartment was listed as having A/C, but upon arrival we found out it was only in the far corner of the living room, so the bedrooms were very hot. The hotel is right next to a busy highway, so opening the windows meant breathing in exhaust fumes and dealing with loud car/truck noises. Very little communication overall and felt the A/C situation could've been communicated better in the listing. No extra TP or towels in the apartment, you need to ask the front desk. No paper towels provided in the kitchenette, you'll need to buy some. TVs in bedrooms didn't work (I think the Wifi signal was too weak), and the toaster didn't work. Sewage smell coming up from the shower drains. For the value this place was great, but felt there was a lot of little things that could be improved.

We stayed at the executive apartment bc it had the 2 baths that we needed for 4 people. Overall, we liked the location, the kitchenette, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Seeing no mention of AC on the listing on the *executive* apt, we messaged the hotel on Expedia to confirm whether they had AC in this particular apt. They never responded. The listings are misleading bc the entire hotel (V65) is listed on expedia as having AC, but when you choose the specific room/apt they have AC omitted for certain rooms. It was VERY uncomfortable sleeping in the heat, especially because they are located next to a busy street which has traffic all night and you cannot open the windows unless you want to sleep with the endless noise of traffic and honking. Not to mention the smog from the cars/trucks. There were also several aspects of hospitality that were overlooked. They forgot to stock any bath towels in one of the bathrooms when we first arrived. Also, when one morning we clearly hung the sign on the front door to have the apartment serviced (as instructed by the front desk), we returned in the evening to realize that nobody had come to clean/service the rooms. We were left without toilet paper, and had to keep asking for basic items which was annoying. We will likely not return to this property next time we are in CDMX.

This was a very comfortable and spacious apartment. Very clean, updated, with nice kitchen and bathroom. Secure building with someone on staff 24/7, that were friendly and helpful. The location is right outside a major highway, but with the windows closed it was soundproof. We had A/C unit in bedroom. It was easy to walk into Condesa neighborhood by walking over the overpass 1/2 block away. Lots of wonderful restaurants and 2 major parks near by. We would highly recommend for the price, location & staff.

Overall was a good experience. We would stay there again. Decor and cleanliness were spot on. It is right on a busy street but that didn’t bother us. The terrace view was beautiful at night!
