The hotel is ok. Needs some updating and deep cleaning. No amenities in the room. No coffee in room. Very rigid with the guests about the rules.

The stay was wonderful. Every thing you need is there. It is really resort style living. You can tell when a facility is nice - all the staff are eager to please and the guests are smiling at one another. We will be back!

From the moment you walk in the property you can tell that this place is a five star experience, the friendliness,professionalism and 5 star service start in the Valet Parking, the room was beautiful, spotless and what a view, Excellent Restaurants, Amadada, Harper’s etc( sorry that we couldn’t experience the Ocean Steak house or Linguini) my Wife is already planning a longer stay soon Thank you for making this trip a very memorable one

Another perfect stay. Room was clean - with new furniture/renovations. Casino was fun. Only complaint was the video poker games in the Sportsbook. At least 4 we tried did not work properly.

This was my spouse and I first time at Ocean resort. The staff was friendly and helpful the resort was very clean lots of entertainment, good food and fun. You must visit exhale spa for some relaxation. We also enjoyed the eclipse indoor pool and hot tub. We can’t wait to plan our next stay at Ocean resort!

My mother and I like to visit Ocean Resort every few months- it's become our happy place! We love the eclipse pool and hot tub, which is where we spend most of our day. We decided to spend Halloween there and stayed for 2 nights. We entered the Nola's Costume Contest and won 1st runner up, which was the cherry on top of a fun, spontaneous holiday. We hardly ever participate in stuff like that, so it definitely added to a great experience. Our room was as expected, however, there were a few areas that could've been better cleaned/maintained. Regardless, it was an overall great time, and look forward to returning soon!

Ck in was terrible , waited a long time bec front desk was. Slow . I have been coming for 4 mths and always stay in ocean front room. This desk clerk gave me city view with side ocean view. I had requested the room close to the elevator so she gave me handicapped . Bathroom did not even have soap or the dish and it faced the city. I know even numbers are city view , she claimed even number is ocean view . Thank god I will be here just one night .

This was my first time staying at Ocean Casino and resort and it will not be my last. We thought we would spend some time on the Boardwalk and see other attractions that Atlantic City had to offer, but we was pleasantly entertained within the resort.

We stayed in the very large and expensive king suite. Upon entering our room, there were dirty tissues in the corner, blood on the toilet seat and the floor to ceiling windows (with amazing views I will add) were dusty from the inside. We checked in at 4:30 and rushed out to dinner - but realized much later in the night. The room that should’ve slept three, only had bedding for 2. Housekeeping never answered, the line rang busy. So I had to go down from my room to the front desk at 2:30 am and request sheets and blankets.. I gave all my other complaints at this time as well, as it was the only time we were really taking in the space and they gave me a $50 credit .. $38 of which went back to my card and the other $12 I had to charge to room. Keep in mind you can’t charge things for more than $12 because they can’t tag on the credit without a reimbursement card which I was never given. All around disappointing.

This was a great hotel , very large so you do have to walk a bit but we don't mind, friendly staff, plenty of places to eat, great outdoor areas. We went there for a concert at the event center so we decided to stay the night and we had a great time. The only thing I can think about the room is that we wish they would have had a Keurig and a microwave other than that it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely go there again.
