What an amazing stay!! I could not have asked for a better home and host. Marlene has 20 years in the hospitality industry and she's brought those standards into her own home. Her home is spacious and comfortable, within walking distance of the historical center of Trinidad and still manages to be in a quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend this listing and I will definitely stay here again if/when I go back to Trinidad.

When I arrived Mrs. Marlen greeted me with a fresh fruit juice. The room is nice and big and very clean. I received many explanations about places to visit in Trinidad. I felt very safe in this house. I recommend it to everyone.

Marlene and Moro’s guest house is a haven in the center of all of the wonderful experiences Trinidad has to offer.
The house is clean and secure, with a balcony and a rooftop patio. The rooms are spotless, large enough to stretch out after a day of hiking, visiting museums, or climbing to the Mirador. And of course, the rooms have air conditioning; a welcome way to refresh after a day spent on Playa Ancon.
What impressed us, however, was the dedication, attentiveness, and care that Marlene and her team offered. From the charming way the towels were presented, to the soap, and shampoo that I found waiting for me. I forgot to bring mine in the rush to get from Havana to Trinidad. Marlene knew that was a likely possibility and had fixed the problem before I knew I had one. Her guest house surpassed any and all expectations created by this Expedia page
And of course, there is the food. From the mangos, fresh from the tree in her back yard to the variety and quantity of food in their breakfast buffet, Marlene and her team made sure that we were satisfied and then some. I dare you to eat one of her dinners and walk away hungry or unsatisfied.
My friends and I found Casa Marlene y Moro to be a wonderful escape from the press and hustle that we experienced in the Plaza Mayor and we recommend it wholeheartedly. If we make it back to Trinidad, we know exactly where we will be staying.
