From check-out to check-in, the professionalism of the staff was beyond amazing. Both in the restaurant, the housekeeping, the wellness and the front desk staff. I loved being greeted with a drink upon arrival. That was a bonus. Everyone is friendly and always greets you with a smile on their face. The rooftop view is amazing, too bad the 10live restaurant was closed when I went there. The gym could be bigger and have more equipment. I could not jump rope due to the low ceiling, but took advantage of the elliptical. The exercise machines were good. The bed in the room was very comfortable. I just wish there was soundproof doors because you can hear the live band from across the street playing, but at least they ended before 10:30pm, and the blackout curtains were NOT actually blackout curtains. The curtains did not hit the floor all the way. Other than that, great housekeeping. I love how eco-friendly the hotel is. They sometimes have a live band downstairs and I liked that guests from the hotel could go to the Aqualuna pool across the street for free. It is a must do on a nice sunny day. I was there end of November and there were really nice 73-75 degree Fahrenheit (22 -24 celcius) days. I like that you can walk down to the ferry and for less than 4 euros roundtrip, you can go to Valletta. There are busses to St. Julian and also Valletta up the street from the hotel. Restaurants within walking distance. I would come back to this hotel & recommend it! A solid 9/10

Alex "manager," Alexandria, "travel agent," were very professional, cordial, and went out of their way to make my wife and i feel welcome. All of the staff, are top notch! We look forward to coming again and staying at the Waterfront.

Every thing was great EXCEPT the concierge. We booked hop on off @ 56 euros plus gave 5 euro tip. She pointed out the bus stop & told us to wait there. She did not tell us any thing about the buses. She did not say there would be buses to many areas. We booked the SOUTH & ended up on NORTH bus We missed all we wanted to see & ended getting off & ending wrong tour. Waste of 61 euros & time. SHE OFFERED NO REFUND AT ALL ALL. Poor info for travelers that know nothing about bus operations. This was only bad thing. All hotel was GREAT.
