Very pleasant hotel tucked away in a side street with lots of character. The staff were extremely polite, knowledgeable and keen to help. If I do return I will stay here again! Thanks to Huy, Emma and Ruby to mention just a few👏

We enjoyed our three night stay so much. Stuff were so helpful and nice. They always happy to help when we have any questions. Breakfast was good, more than enough choices! We would recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had a very comfortable stay, the bed is super comfy. Staff were very welcoming and detailed in their explanation to us. The location of the hotel is great as it is very near tourist attractions with eateries and shops nearby. Look forward to staying again.

The hotel's location is ideal, right in the heart of Hanoi, with easy access to all the main attractions. San Grand Hotel left me with an incredible impression not only because of its luxurious atmosphere and professional service but also thanks to the dedication of Ms. Anise, the General Manager. She is truly an outstanding leader, always ready to assist and meet the needs of every guest with warmth and care. The room was beautifully designed and The bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room made my stay even more pleasant. From check-in to check-out, I felt the attentiveness and professionalism from Ms. Anise and the entire team. Thank you, San Grand, and Ms. Anise, for providing me with a fantastic stay. Hotel is well situated close to the Lake at the old Center of the City. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast good. Room and batheoom relatively small. 4 Star Vietnam standard. Surrounded by food district- Butchers row.

We have to say thank you Ms. Anise and her team for making our trip unforgettable. The staff were very nice at all our requests, they supported us with all their heart. The food here was absolutely amazing, I love the Bun Cha, very special and local one. The recepcion staff helped us to book Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh tour which is very well-organised.

Great hotel and staffs were so nice. From the first floor at the reception and the rooftop restaurant, every staff was very supportive and gave so much love and help to the guests. Especially Ruby at the reception is amazing! She helped me get around in Vietnam during my stay, even after I checked out! If ever going back to Hanoi, I will definitely stay at this hotel to meet this great receptionist and concierge to know Hanoi more.

The staff here were amazing!! Very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a local food market which was good to see culture. Short walk to the lake and nightlife. Nice rooftop bar. Overall great start to hanoi

Although it was just a one-night layover before we headed home..our family stay was very comfortable. Ruby at front desk provided my family and I with a nice size family suite for our stay. The hotel is also located in a prime location so getting last min shopping and finding a restaurant was no problem at all. Thank you so much San Grand for making our last night stay in Vietnam memorable!!
