It boasts two full bathrooms, with the upstairs bath equipped with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The cottage’s screened-in front porch and large patio with a fire pit offer ample space for relaxation and entertainment.
Just steps away in the backyard, Nell’s Coach House provides cozy accommodations for couples or small families, featuring a quaint 1-bedroom setup with a queen-sized bed and a twin with twin trundle pull-out in the kitchenette area, perfect for up to two children. Its own patio area, complete with rocking chairs, invites guests to enjoy quiet moments in a serene setting.
Both properties combined offer modern amenities such as high-speed WiFi, smart TVs for endless streaming, and dedicated parking spaces—2 at the cottage and 1 at the coach house. Please note, we value the quality of stay for all our guests and maintain a strict policy: no parties and renters must be 25 years of age or older with anyone under 25 accompanied by a Parent or Adult over the age of 25 for the entire duration of stay. Only four private parking spots are available on the property, please plan accordingly.
For your safety and security, cameras are installed on the property, monitoring the exterior common areas only and are not pointed toward any private areas, ensuring compliance with occupancy rules while respecting your privacy.
