-This unit has a FAST Internet Connection and DOES NOT share the Wi-Fi with any other unit on the property. The router is located in the unit if guests would like to have an Ethernet Connection instead of Wi-Fi

-Water can be rough at the rocks, especially at High Tide, please be careful if on rocks
-There is a small path that leads to the lower private rocky beach right next to the home
-Only access to basement is a spiral staircase, some guests who are wider may have difficulties accessing the basement
