Negatives...Three bdrm but 3 dining rm chairs? Condos are not well built so a bit noisy.
third bdrm no windows. Beds a little lumpy.
Positives:
Hot tub great, nice grill , bedding and towels very nice, hall ski locker, lots of pots and pans, gas fire place and easy access to the shuttle. Had soap, shampoo, conditioner etc
5.0 / 5.0
Great condo with pretty much everything you need to make it your home for a week including all kinds of spices. Fantastic pots and pans although rubber scrapers for said pans could use updating. Hot tub was wonderful!
Location fine but a bit inconvenient for coming home for lunch as it is not ski-in/out but we knew that in advance so no big deal.
2.0 / 5.0
Misrepresented as "Ski-In". Ski-In directions provided upon arrival indicated a long and remote path to "ski-in" and include a recommendation that "ski-in is difficult and not recommended". I have been skiing for a long time all over the country and would NEVER call this a ski-in unit. Plan on 15 minutes between driving, parking, and riding the free ski trailer/shuttle. Otherwise, the condo was a reasonable budget-oriented option (think Motel 6 quality). Would not stay again due to misrepresentation about ski-in capability.

This place we stayed at in big sky Montana was amazing! It was very clean and just as advertised on VRBO! My family: 2 daughters, my wife and I enjoyed ourselves immensely! We easily got to the ski in at the white otter lift, and out, back to the location. I would recommend this place to anyone. All I would recommend to the host is the addition of Wi-Fi to the property. Otherwise every other detail was accounted for.
Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay at our Big Sky vacation!

Location allowed for a 10-15 minute commute, via a short walk and parking lot shuttle, to the base area. A big plus.
Unit is very clean and more than adequately furnished with items required for every day cooking. To soothe the tired body, the hot tub was a bonus. Thank you Billie,

place is as adversited
quick responce by Owner/PM
Hot Tub was great after skiing (plus)
Parking was easy (right in front of door)
NO stairs to climb ground floor
1.0 / 5.0
Very disappointed. Misrepresenting ski in with ridiculous instructions on how to get back to unit. It would be nice for someone to show you how to get back since it is very complicated.
Hot tube didn’t work.
Ran out of toilet paper and had to call owners to find out it was under the bed. Absolutely ridiculous
No kitchen sponges or dish soap
Main bedroom blinds didn’t have an adjustment rod
Blinds in living room broken
Third bedroom was like a closet with no space to put anything
An adjustment in our fee would be appropriate
What were the additional fee charge for and what was the service fee for?

This is a great place, well stocked and everything you need. The only suggestion would be more wine glasses. We highly recommend the condo. Five stars!

Can't beat the location.

This place is a 5 minute walk to the parking lot shuttle to the base. We never waited more than 2 minutes for the shuttle. Super convenient. Two huge rooms with king beds. One small with queen. Some noise from people walking upstairs. Nice kitchen with quality pots, pans, etc. Excellent, private hot tub on patio. Strong wi fi.

We felt privileged to stay as guests at this condo in January. It truly was a home away from home! It had everything anyone would need – a fully stocked kitchen; no shortage of blankets, bath towels, soaps, shampoo etc; ample storage; a new TV and a new private hot tub; a cosy fireplace; excellent wifi (which is a must for avid Netflix watchers as ourselves); and beds that are surely fit for royalty! We even had a selection of lovely little treats waiting for us upon our arrival.
As for Billie and Ed - well where do I start? They are without a doubt the best managers we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Not only were they quick to reply to emails, they also happened to be incredibly helpful, kind, and just overall lovely people.
Our stay in Big Sky wouldn’t have been nearly as wonderful if we hadn’t been so fortunate to be able to stay in this gem of a condo. We plan to return ASAP!
Thanks for everything Billie and Ed. If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

We recently stayed at this condo in Big Sky (2 couples). Let me start off by stating that this condo was amazing and working with Billie and Ed prior to and throughout the trip was extremely pleasant. Billie and Ed answered all of our questions that we had before the trip in a timely fashion and nothing was better than getting to the house and having a dish full of candy, some hand warmers (the high temperature when we visited was 18 degrees Fahrenheit - so these were put to good use), and instructions on almost anything you would need to know to stay in this house. In addition, I want to reiterate how genuinely nice Billie and Ed are. One of the people I was traveling with accidently left a hair dryer and hair straightener in the condo, Billie and Ed shipped this stuff back to us immediately, free of charge (despite us offering numerous times to pay for the shipping costs)!
In terms of the condo, it was the perfect size for the 4 of us and had numerous amenities we were looking for including a fully stocked kitchen, 2 decent sized bathrooms (which were convenient for showering before dinner) and a hot tub for soaking in after those long days on the ski slopes. We were informed of an “issue” with the condo upon arrival, however, Billie and Ed had taken steps to remedy the issue and we had no problems with anything during our trip.
We rented a car for our stay, as we like to explore the local areas and all of the top rated restaurants on tripadvisor. In addition, on our off day from skiing (skied 2 days on, then took a day “off” and skied another two days), we went snowmobiling in Yellowstone. The condo was about an hour away from West Yellowstone, where we were able to rent snowmobiles and spend all day on a guided tour in Yellowstone on our way to Old Faithful.
The only thing that I would recommend for anyone renting this condo, is while the condo is ski off and ski on, there is an easier way to get to the base than having to take the white otter access trail. If when you exit the condo you take a right and walk up sitting bull road (about 300 yards), it brings you to the free parking lot. There is a parking shuttle which circles from this lot to the basecamp in 2-5 minute intervals and is a much easier walk/trip than taking the relatively flat white otter access trail and trying to ski or snowboard from the white otter lift to basecamp.
Overall, we had a great time at this condo and will definitely stay here again when we return to Big Sky!

We absolutely LOVED this condo. The furnishings were beautiful & atmosphere very cozy. There was plenty of room for 6 people. Billie went above & beyond to make this condo feel "like being @ Home". I like all the little extra touches like - Candy in the candy dishes, welcome greeting card for my family, full set of instructions on the table on how everything in the house works.
My family & I rented Billie's 3 bedroom condo for the New Years week. We came in from Southern California, my mom in from Vancouver & my daughter in from Arizona. The condo was very close to everything & very convenient. Thanks to Billie's advise we booked the Karst Stage Shuttle service prior to arriving. The shuttle dropped everyone right at the front door from Bozeman airport.
The kitchen was fully equipped for my mom to cook dinner & bake treats for us. She LOVES to cook & bake. So, we went to the local grocery store & bought groceries for the week. It was a nice treat to get off the mountain after a full day of snowboarding to have a hot dinner ready on the table, & a HOT Jacuzzi to soak into. The fireplace was a very nice bonus to keep us warm & to dry our boots. The locker for our snowboards was also very convenient.
We went on the Yellowstone "Old Faithful" tour 1 day & it was amazing ! We saw many huge Bison walking on the road !! We saw Elk, eagles, and 1 bobcat !! We saw many different geysers & ate lunch in a Yurt ! The tour Pick-up & Drop off made it really easy.
We also went to the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center for 1 day. It was also amazing ! The Grizzly bears were huge & rambunctious & the wolves were beautiful & active ! These animals are amazing to see up close.
**All in all - I will definitely come back & stay here again **
Thanks! Cynthia

This condo was exactly what our family was looking for our recent trip to Big Sky. It's roomy, impeccably clean, homey, so much nicer than a hotel. My husband, two kids, and sister all stayed together in the condo and there was ample room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare your family meals, all you have to add is groceries. Plenty of towels are provided for both bathrooms, which is also,a nice touch compared to staying at a hotel. A few board games were provided that my kids enjoyed. The hot tub was enjoyed by all! The unit is very quiet, we never once heard any noise from any neighbors. Billie is very prompt in answering emails, any question I had was quickly answered. If you're looking to visit Yellowstone or The Big Sky area, do yourself a favor and stay in this beautiful condo. You won't regret it!

Our first visit to Big Sky was made more enjoyable by renting this condo! All the aspects of the property were just as advertised; we arrived late (2 a.m.), and had morning coffee and oatmeal available before we started the next day. We traveled with my husband's brother and his wife; the condo was quiet, roomy, and well equipped. We enjoyed being able to make a few meals, as well as eating out. My husband attended a seminar in Big Sky at the Yellowstone Conference Center; Big Sky has wonderful summer activities. We also made several day trips to Yellowstone Park, as well as exploring Bozeman, MT.
We highly recommend this rental, and would enjoy staying here again.

Our family truly enjoyed our summer vacation to Big Sky, and this property was a perfect match for our family of 5. The three bedrooms/2 baths gave ample room for everyone to spread out. The well stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The close proximity to base camp activities was a bonus! Billie and Ed were extremely helpful, gave prompt email replies, and went above and beyond in helping us find accessible activities for our physically challenged daughter. Our teens enjoyed the hot tub often, and we all loved watching the resident chipmunk on the back porch! We highly recommend this clean, quiet, roomy condo.

We were thoroughly pleased with all aspects of this rental property from booking, pre trip planning and throughout our stay. It was clean, quiet, perfectly located and fully stocked. The kitchen has all the amenities we needed to feed our family of four. With Billie's help, I organized transport from Bozeman and groceries. I was so glad that we didn't need to rent a car. The location can't be beat. We were glad to have the hot tub to soak our tired muscles after a successful day on the slopes. What a joy to have the washer and dryer to tend to our gear each night. The wifi signal was strong and never failed. We were able to take care of business when we needed and enjoy some Netflix. Our favorite feature was the living room fireplace. We enjoyed a fire every morning and evening. I am already planning a return trip.

My housemates and me loved the condo. It is spacious, homey, nicely decorated, has comfortable beds, close to slopes and is very well equipped in the kitchen. We cooked quite a few meals and condo had all the essentials for cooking. Loved the private hot tub after a long day of skiing. The owner is very helpful and responsive. Big Sky has amazing variety of terrain, something for every skier no matter what their level is. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Cannot say enough great things about our condo and management! The unit was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The management was SUPERB! They even managed to refurbish a bedroom between rentals, which was quite an accomplishment and time consuming for them. We certainly recommend this rental and management!
