About this house rental
Constructed in 2016, enjoy this luxurious 5-Bedroom/5.5 Bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 14. Four of the bedrooms are located on the second floor with a fifth bedroom (which is furnished as a second family room) that has a sofa bed on the third floor. The main living space (kitchen, living, dining) is on the third floor to maximize the views. The house also has an elevator to assist you if needed. Most of the house is available to you, except for the closet in the primary bedroom, the attic, and the storage spaces beneath the home.
Private beach located directly across the street approximately 600 feet away. The public Brick Beach 3 with life guards and snack stand are also walking distance from the house approximately 1,000 feet away.

Master Suite and Family Rooms each have private balconies with full Bay views.
Backyard includes a gas Weber grill, a brand new dinner table that sits eight with additional seating for 6 with a propane firepit and hammock.
Note: The home is currently being completely refurnished with brand new furniture. All pictures are from the previous home-owner and will be replaced by the end of June.
