Old and dirty apartment

The apartment is close to the beach area and markets. You can easily go from one place to another.

There were many aspects which made our stay less pleasant. - the kitchen was dirty. A lot of the dishes had dust on them, old dirt stuck on pans, there was also a spider in one of the cabinets. Besides the dishes, also the cabinets were dirty - the tub in the bathroom was old and dirty - there was no AC, just a fan which was not helping with the heat that is in Hawaii. Considering the price that the apartment has, at least an AC or some good windows and shades to prevent the sunlight would have been nice - there was a constant smell in the bedroom (not sure how much this one was cleaned before, to be honest) - the walls are thin, we could hear the tenants which were staying in the same buiding. It is not nice to be woken up at 4-5 in the morning by step noises. Also, near the house there were 2 or 3 roosters which contributed as well to the noise in the morning. I agree that you can't really control these, but at least to invest in good windows to prevent the noise - there is no microwave (even if they specify it in the description ) - there is no laundry machine (only one on the porch of the tenants). If you impose at least 6 nights stay, at least provide the utilities! Overall it was not a good experience here. It is just an old, dirty apartament rented at a high price. We decided to stay here as we had already lost a few days of our holiday due to the flight delays. I also have pictures with some of the issues mentioned above. If you need them, contact me.
