This is a new hotel to me & I was impressed from the start. Very charming & super helpful front desk. Huge room with fabulous bathroom lots of sockets USB points. Table & two chairs to eat room service at. A sofa & plentiful storage place for clothes. Robes & good bathroom kit. Super modern & very attractive decor. Highly recommend & very reasonably priced. They give a discount to park in the multi storey opposite. Close to shopping & seafront.

Nice new hotel in city centre but close to the beach. Room was a good size, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Ncp car park across the road and a discount is provided via the hotel.

My stay at the Brighton Maldron was very good right from checking in to leaving. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had location, good quality rooms and a high level of service. The breakfast was also excellent and would highly recommend this be included in your stay.

We stayed in the Double Single Seaview room 614. The view was lovely, albeit in between the building in front and the road - see pictures. But it was great waking up to that seascape. The room was well equipped - complimentary water and snacks available, good hairdryer and iron/board, good plug sockets and hangers, comfortable bed and bedding, good shower and bathroom space, big tv (although no streaming platforms). The room was generally clean, and being a new hotel it looked great. But there were lots of long hairs on the bathroom floor when we got there, and also clumps of dust in the corner of the room beside the bed. I think the dust may have come from under the bed when vacuuming, because it was in big clumps - by the way, why do hotels insist on having beds that are only slightly raised from the ground, enough space for dust and grime to collect but no enough space for a vacuum cleaner to get under the bed! Howerever, all the surfaces, bedding, shower toilet etc were spotless. The breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold choice. The bar and restaurant was good, even though the in room service menu is very limited so it’s pretty much impossible to eat anything after 9pm. The reception staff and check in were great. I would definately stay again next time we’re in Brighton. Overall the hotel is in great shape, comfortable, bright, and in the perfect location to explore Brighton, being so close to The Lanes and the Pier.

It’s a nice hotel, in a good location, the breakfast was very good (it would have been better if they had marmite). The pillows were too big hence only 4/5 for comfort. Also it looks like no disabled street access.

Very well placed hotel to shops and BC Staff polite and helpfull and reason didn't give 5 stars no hot water in evening or 7am following morning , no towel rail in bathroom so had to hang wet towels on cloaf rack in room also TV woukdnt work had generall manager out twice in evening to fix whilst getting ready to go out and then when we came back then afain in morning whilst getting ready for breakfast.

Stayed at the Maldron Brighton with a friends for a couple of nights Monday - Wednesday and we had a lovely time! Beds were comfy, room was clean and spacious staff were lovely and genuinely tried their best with our queries. We found our stay excellent value for money and the location was fab.

Fantastic location, lovely new hotel with all the amenities you could want, lovely breakfast. Check in was running an hour late but we got complimentary drinks in the bar and late check out as an apology. Towels were changed but bedding was not, floors were not swept, rubbish was taken daily and room refreshments replenished daily. The TV in our room did not work well and we could not cast to the screen which was a shame. Overall a lovely stay in the perfect location, there could be some improvements but nothing had a negative impact on our stay. The staff were lovely too and we couldn’t fault the service from them.

Really nice and quiet tucked away just off the noisy seafront. Central to all Brighton's attractions and theatres. Super comfy bed. Bring a mug if you want more than a thimble of tea in your room though. Great shower and all spotlessly clean. Massive breakfast spread. Really friendly service.

Overall a good experience. I’ve stayed here for a couple of days every week for the last 6 weeks. Hotel is new, clean, tidy and comfortable. Only problem I’ve experienced is not getting shower gel and shampoo containers filled in the room. Overall happy with rooms / location / price. Ideal NCP parking opposite with discounted parking. Will definitely be staying again. Would recommend

After check-in around 6 pm, I arrived at the room the cleaning of which was clearly still in the process without the housekeeping in sight. As I had a strick schedule, I needed to get in the room asap, so I went in. A couple of minutes later the housekeeping comes in without knocking. Clearly a miscommunication, but something you don’t want to happen at 6 pm when the check-in should have veen possible already at 3 pm. There was also a long line at the check-in, and I had to wait for a table at the breakfast during a busy time. The breakfast was good however. Room was nice.

A very nice new Hotel,our room was not ready,so another was alloted Breakfast was not good,hot buffet was COLD,even at 7am the food has dried out. Only scrambled egg,was told after that we could have asked for freshly prepared eggs,nowhere did we see this offered. Will probably go back to Premier Inn next time.

The hotel has literally just opened so of course everything is new and shiny. But it is designed well and stylish. Checking in was very easy and my room was spacious. The window properly opens so there is fresh air which I prefer to air con. The shower is very good and hot water comes quickly. The bathroom is well lit. There’s bottled water and a coffee maker. Room service is 24hr. The bed is very comfortable with quality bedding. Breakfast is a buffet with some things available to order like porridge with a range of toppings. A small niggle is a lack of labelling at breakfast. There were two types of smoothie but nothing to say what they were made of. Juices weren’t labelled. These are small things that can easily be put right. I hope they are because the buffet was very good quality (apart from cheap jams in plastic pods, not very green!). I secured a promotional rate so was very happy on the quality for the price. I hope this hotel continues to maintain this standard and doesn’t inflate prices so it becomes unaffordable.
